I love my new flooring! Mike was so helpful in coming to my house the day after I was in his store. He gave me suggestions, a quote and explained the installation process. Peter did the installation and I was so impressed with his meticulous attention to detail. What a true craftsman. I couldn’t be happier!

Installation was perfect (Gus). We are so happy with our new carpet, (Shaw - All The Way), and would recommend Nielsen Bros to all of our family and friends. We were waffling between Great Floors and Nielsen before deciding, and we are thrilled with our choice. It is clear there was a strong attention to detail taken in every room, and the installation team was very prompt and kind. We couldn’t have asked for more. Michael Stumpf and Kiran in the Bellevue showroom were also very knowledgeable and easy to work with - not too showy and sales-y! Thank you again.

From thoughtful advice about carpet choice from Kiran, to the excellent installers, Francisco and Fernando, we applaud Nielsen Bros. Flooring. We are a repeat customer, as Nielsen Bros. Flooring has laid carpet in our home over the years, which is a testament to the quality of their work.
Kudos to our installers for not only doing an excellent job of laying our carpet, but placing our furniture back where each piece belonged, and cleaning up every room they carpeted so beautifully.

Last spring (2017) I worked with Nia Nguyen on new flooring for my kitchen (which had 1980s era linoleum) and bathroom (which had 2010-installed Marmoleum in a color I had tired of). For my kitchen I picked a vinyl that looks like wood, and a vinyl that looks like stone for the bathroom. Nielsen Bros. did a great job, from Nia's professional customer service down to the installers, who did a superb job in one day and rendered additional service too. I couldn't have been happier then (18 months ago) or now. I happily recommend Nielsen Bros. for excellent products and service.

In the past, we have used Nielsen Bros. and was very satisfied with their service and work. This time I chose Nielsen Bros. because of their past service, but mostly because they had donated carpet and installation to the Queen Anne Helpline, a non-profit that provides assistance to individuals in need in the Queen Anne, Magnolia and Lake Union areas.
The salesman was very courteous and helpful. The installation was done as scheduled and on time and the carpet is good quality.
All aspects of their service are excellent. I highly recommend them.
