Worth not wasting any time. The father son duo will quote different prices for floor installation and will not budge then. Their quoted price were also higher for hardwood floors sold by other retailers in the area. They never showed up for measurements in-house after multiple commitments and follow up messages. Eventually had to visit their store 3 times just to get an estimate quote on my email with different quoted prices than verbally discussed.
Owner was outright rude about not wanting to waste his workers time by coming down for appointment which I didn't bother much but someone else

Our experience with Best Buy Floors was first-rate from start to finish. I am a stickler for customer service. Although our job was small - just one room - I felt we received the full attention of our customer rep Priscila. She educated us on the pros and cons of the carpet samples that we were considering, then arranged a quick order of the carpet that was in stock so we didn't have to wait weeks for a new run to be delivered, then followed up to insure we were satisfied. We just put luxury vinyl plank in our main living areas and are extremely happy with the whole process. Best Buy Floors is a local, family owned business and I believe the installers are employees, not subcontractors and they will make sure the customer is happy. The selection, quality and price were excellent. We will be back in a few months months for carpet for the bedrooms.

Alex and his team really went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough! I stopped by Best Buy Floors a couple months before my move-in date to get a quote to replace the carpet in the new house. Alex was super helpful and walked me through all of the options and was even willing to calculate a quote based on the floor plan of the house, something that other vendors weren't willing to do. While the quote was very reasonable, I decided to go with Home Depot instead out of convenience and because their quote was ~10% less. I ordered the carpet through Home Depot and scheduled the installation

Best buy flooring are the best. It was really hard to find the flooring that we liked and one that was available with the shortage due to Covid. We visited many flooring companies and was not successful. Alex helped us pick engineered wood and made sure that the flooring was installed on the day promised as we wanted to put our house in the market. Matt the installer was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Best Buy Floors did my carpet installation a year ago and everything went incredibly smoothly. They kept me up to date on my carpet arrival as it was a special order wool and the installer was timely and friendly. They really did a great job with installation and they were meticulous with their work. Still loving my new carpets!

Thank you Best Buy Floors for coming through for us very last minute! We needed flooring for our rental home and not only did Priscila, Alex & Maria go out of their way to make sure I knew about the best flooring options: pricing, material, best for rentals, colors etc, but they also expedited the whole process. I ultimately went with LVP and had it installed without any issues. They were quick to answer all of my questions, pricing was clear, and installation went smooth. These guys come through big time! 2. I have not asked for a ridiculous discount. You are making a false accusation. I never even specified any amount. I just asked for a discount stating that there are discrepancies in the expectation. When Alex came back with the updated number, it was less than 1% of original quoted price.
3. When I wrote 20~30% higher, I received quotes from other companies. It wasn't based on my original budget.

After 5 months I'm still absolutely in love with my floors from Best Buy Floors! I live in a 1200sq ft townhouse, and replaced all my flooring with luxury vinyl hard wood planks and new textured carpet. Alex made the whole process so easy and quick. The cost estimates were fair and upfront. No surprises. Their team of installers are have a really great eye for detail as well. All the carpet was done in a day and the vinyl planks in 2 days. Really happy with their work and will definitely come back again!

We were very pleased with the carpeting and installation for our new condo. We worked with Priscilla, who was professional and efficient. We met her in the showroom, received several samples which she had shipped to us for review from the manufacturer.
Once we selected the color, she came in to measure and gave us a firm delivery date.
We actually were able to get the carpeting installed a couple of days early. The installers came this past Saturday and took only 3+ hours. They vacuumed and took away the old carpeting and scraps.
We highly recommend them.

I worked with Maria and Alex from Best Buy Floors when installing engineered hardwood at my condo. The process went smoothly - I felt fully informed of my options and what choices I had to make from the initial consultation. Maria was very patient in walking through all the details - warranty, tradeoffs for various options, installation details, etc. After settling on the installation, Alex helped me choose the wood and provided numerous samples that I could bring home and try out in different light.
