When you're revamping your household, you have a multitude of decisions to make. A lot of them are matters of taste, like which color looks the most appealing with the furnishings in your office; some of them are practical, like which flooring should be hardy enough to brave wear and tear; and a portion of them are budget-related, like whether to spend the combined fee of sumptuous stone or purchase something more budget-conscious.
No, we're not talking Astroturf here. In this case, "green" means the use of environmentally friendly materials that are either readily renewable or made from recycled products. Several green certification programs and directories are available to help remodelers, builders and homeowners make that selection.

We were in the process of getting our home ready for market and we needed to have part of our mudroom floor replaced and we wanted to replace the vinyl. We contacted Floorcraft who we actually used in the early years in construction of our house, and we had immediate response from the owner Curtis Reed. We called him on a Thursday--he came the next day on Friday for assessment and we ordered new luxury vinyl the next day and it was installed the next Thursday. This was an amazing quick response. It was so professional and the installers were just as high quality in their skills. We can't thank

Just wanted to share my positive feedback to the recent work done by Floorcraft. We had our bathroom shower tile and backsplash repaired by their tile installer and they did an awesome job. They are easy to work with and professional. Their bid was honest, too. They are not that type of company that came to do the work and leave. They showed consideration to customer’s needs and handled every detail great. The owner has been in this field for many years and trustworthy. I would love to recommend this flooring company to my friends. 5 stars!

Had new hardwood flooring and a new kitchen installed. They took forever to complete, damaging door jam and walls in the process. The finish on the floors never did match the stair floors that they also installed. Later found out they didn't even use the same finish on the two. Finally had to fire them and have another flooring company come in and do the job right. DO NOT even consider this company.

We are looking to remodel our home in the very near future.

Looking for flooring of hardwood and carpet.

The qualities and prices are almost Identical everywhere in this town; but what we liked about this place is the customer service that we have received from their interior consultant ALICIA who treated us with professionalism and friendliness and made us feel at home.

We did not feel any sales pressure in the whole process and found out that their prices were actually lower than others in the area.

Thanks Alicia and we will see you soon.

Hi, we had a nice carpet installed in 2014. they had a great selection to choose from and the sales staff were very competent. Our carpet started to stretch up and although the installation warranty was expired, the owner sent out the installer and fixed it for us. turns out winter installations can have this problem as the carpet is cold and hard to stretch. great customer service!

Terrible experience all around. They charged us $12k+ to redo hardwood floors and subcontracted our job to a guy for $3600 (keeping the markup). For the project, their movers didn't show up so the workers piled our living room furniture in the garage and Curtis left the keys to my home with the subcontractors (something I specifically asked them not to do as he said his guys would do the job). We had many issues with the floors after completed including the finish not laying right and so it had to be redone several times with different types of finish. After the job was over they sent Pam

Well.... It has been two years almost and they had to replace all of the cerpet in the house because it was defective. The destroyed our house replacing it. Damaged the walls, floor boards. Damaged our celing fan in out daughters bedroom. They used our Dyson vacuum cleaner and broke it. They claimed we demanded that they use it. Not the case. They asked to use it. Its what we have come to expect with these people. Pacific Ridge homes will no longer use them for their new bulds. These guys are crooks and we will be contacting the better business Bureau.

Avoid this company! Would leave zero (0) stars if I could! Bought a new house and the builder used these clowns less than a year ago and they couldn't locate the materials used in my home. I called them numerous times and stopped in to talk to them in person and found Jennifer there to be lazy, incompetent and unprofessional. Finally gave up and took my business elsewhere.

We've been slowly remodeling our townhouse over the past year and used this place for flooring. I found them a year ago when we wanted to replace our bathroom flooring after remodeling the rest of our bathrooms. We had a contractor lined up to do the work we just needed a place to sit and look at materials to finally decide what we wanted. I walked in during the middle of the day about 3 weeks before Thanksgiving and spent about and hour and a half looking at samples and needlessly taking dozens of phone pics.

As I was about to leave the Pam W. asked if I had settled on anything in paticular
