I cannot say enough about Daniel's work! He's perfectionist and turn our home into a masterpiece! He completely did sold red oak wood for home and staircase (3,000 feet). He runs a great business a leads by example to his workers which are really good as well! Plus he easy to work with as person. Just so glad we found him via my wife's co-worker!

Daniel came out to meet us on short notice, and was able to take moisture measurements of the hardwood floor. This helped us figure out the possible causes of the cupping we were concerned about. He actually recommended that we hold off on refinishing so that the moisture has more time to even out. Since we only got advice from him, we can't vouch for how well he would actually perform the work, but we were both very impressed with his professionalism. Thanks so much!

Would not hire again. Don't want to expand too much on the details but my experience was similar to the one shared by Carol. Was not impressed with quality of the service "performed" but the main issue truly was customer service. I regret having spent almost 5k on this business and will have to redo a big portion of their work.

As a first-time home owner, I wasn't quite sure who to turn to, or what questions to ask, when searching for a flooring expert. Not only was Daniel reliable and timely with his responses, but he was so incredibly easy to work with. His team removed all the carpet in no time, helped me choose out the perfect wood and shade to match the other existing hardwood in the house, and provided suggestions on how to rework the staircase. Daniel and Bellevue Floor Service is without doubt the best wood flooring business in Puget Sound. We have worked with Daniel on two different occasions over 2 1/2 years for our house. We bought our home in November 2015. Our realtor recommended Daniel for resurfacing the floors, so we contacted him. He provided a very fair quote, so we went with him. His work is incredible. In one room, there was carpet over partial hardwood floors (mixed with sheets of plywood). Daniel was able to remove the plywood and match the oak boards. After he was done, we couldn't even tell where he patched

Daniel's crew removed 1,100 sqft of carpet and stained/refinished 1,400 square feet of hardwood floor in our new home. They did a great job, and very quickly. They did a fabulous job lacing in new boards when we found a shortage in the master bedroom (part addition), and in the entryway where there used to be tile. You cannot tell that the boards there are not original! And when we found that most of the house is white oak but the kitchen is red oak, they helped us find a stain that would look similar on both. Everything looks great. We love how they turned out.

We had to restain our old hardwood flooring and they did a great job. The hardwood looks like new now. They did stain around 11 samples for us to choose amongst them. We were satisfied with overall work, price and completion time was the same as they had mentioned. Highly recommended for restaining old hardwood flooring.

Affordable, good communication, and the floors look great. The work was completed quickly. There are a few spots that are imperfect, and not having done this work before, I'm not sure if that's to be expected. So, knocking off one star for minor imperfections (some bubbles, and areas of staining on the trim)

We used Daniel's service to replace our carpet with hardwood flooring for the entire third floor and the stairs for our new construction home. His quote was higher than some others we received, however, we wanted quality and we were willing to pay more (over$2,000 more than the cost of the new builder cost) and in cash.
The poor service experience we had came less than a year after installation. The hardwood floor installed by Daniel is squeaking less than a year after. We also spent more money based on Daniel's recommendation

The floors were only a little beat up before, but stained an ugly red. They sanded it down and put on three coats of polyurethane finish. They charged what they quoted for our 1000sqft home, which was reasonable.
When they showed up, they sanded a test portion and showed me what the color would be with the plain poly coating and no stain. They said they could stain it if I wanted, but the plain coat was so pretty there was no need.
A week later, there's a slight lingering

Outstanding people and service! We just bought a house in Issaquah and didn't like the color of the hardwood floor. We got a few bids and Daniel's is the best, and they are available almost immediately. And they took the time to show us the different stain color options, and sampled them on the floor for us to see. The outcome is amazing! No scratch or ding left, as good as brand new, if not better! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs flooring work!

They gave me the best quote and provided top notch service. I had my floors refinished (sanded, troweled, two coats of finish). They turned a 1960's beat up, scratched, dull oak floors into something that looks brand new. There were no mistakes that I could find during my inspection. Great job, would definitely recommend to anyone. Don't hesitate, as they book up quick!

Daniel and his team did an awesome job refinishing hardwood floors at a house we recently bought. The previous owners had cheaped out and installed rather hideous prefabricated hardwoods with v-groves and extra shiny honey oak finish. Daniel and team spent extra couple of days to completely sand down the floors and created a custom finish that was not too dark and not too light - just right. Overall excellent results and experience. Highly recommended!

Daniel did the floors for a remodel that we completed in 2010 - brazilian cherry over a radiant heat floor. other than bathrooms and laundry room, the entire house is hardwood. He and Joseph did amazing work. They are concientious and you can trust that they will do a top notch job. They are fair in their quotes and you won't be sorry you hired them.

What started as a DIY project turned into a mini nightmare! After contacting several floor services, all of whom were "weeks out" (our room was emptied and we were living in messy cave of a house), we called Bellevue Floor Service. Although busy, Daniel agreed to come out and take a look. It wasn't a huge job but he recognized our desperation and agreed to do it right away! The hardwood looks great! After a thorough sanding, Daniel came out and put a sample finish on a small area so we could be sure we liked what we saw.
