We can't say enough positive things about Heather from Allure Window Coverings! We got 3 different bids for all our windows that included blinds, roman shades, and shutters. Heather brought tons of samples, was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and provided us with the latest computer program with schematics and the product we ordered for each window. Her installer, Brian was amazing and very professional as well. I would not hesitate to hire Heather again, and I highly recommend her services!

I was told these 2 window covering should have lifetime warranty, but clearly not, the manufacture asked me to contact with dealer to repair, and the dealer, this business not respond my email or text, I should leave one star but they did help me to replace/repair other blinds once (I have to say those regular blinds' quality is not as good as builder's free ones in my other house), so two stars. Too bad I have recommended this company to some of my friends/client, but I won't anymore.

I initially contacted Heather for a quote on just two windows, and I had just a couple ideas to start with. She has a nice eye for style and suggested window coverings and materials that ended up really complementing the room. We were so pleased we decided to keep moving forward and she helped us with six more windows! She was very responsive from our first contact, accommodating as to our schedule and kept us in the loop while awaiting our order. Install was easily the best we’ve ever experienced! I am writing to let everyone know what a gem Heather Vaughn is as a Design Consultant for Allure Window Coverings. I had 3 sets of blinds installed in my home on Sandy River in Oregon. Unfortunately, with time and use, there were a few glitches with my blinds. A phone call to Heather and there was prompt response and help to rectify the glitches. Heather from Allure Window Coverings is a joy to work with. She listens, works with you to find the right solution and communicates with you throughout the entire process. We recently wanted to replace one of our newly installed blinds with blackout shades and Heather was responsive and provided us the same level of service as when we initially worked with her to order blinds for our entire house.
