One of the best customer service companies I have ever dealt with. Alex was so easy to work with. He was courteous, polite and respectable at all times. He showed up on time. His ordering process and on line payment processes were super simple to use and very efficient. The install was completed within the time frame given to me and the blinds are beautiful! From start to finish this experience with Alex and Blinds NW has been superb. We got exactly what we wanted including great advice on the selection of materials and design of our beautiful shades. When the family and I moved to the PacNW, we expected torrential showers and cloudy skies. Little did we know that being further north meant 5am sunrises and 10pm sunsets. We couldn't be happier with our new roller shades from Blinds Northwest. When Alex came to our home for the initial visit, he presented a number of options, and discussed the pros and cons of each. He then showed us an array of samples, and we found exactly what we were looking for. Pricing was better than any we'd found elsewhere and we were delighted that they arrived ahead of schedule. The shades were installed quickly, with no disruption to our household--in fact, we were so pleased, we placed an order for more shades before Alex left that day. WRONG COMPANY to get window dressings from!! (Unless you're rich and don't mind reordering 2-3 times). Poor communication and Alex ordered the wrong blinds!!!! We first ordered our blinds in May; Alex came to the house and I had to request he wear a mask. Then a month went by with no word, so I emailed him again and he claimed that because we never gave him a down payment, he did not follow up. Of course, he NEVER asked for a down payment nor said where to send it. So got that sorted out and he placed the order. He did not tell us that corded blinds disallowed top down, bottom up

My experience was initially good. Alex was prompt to respond to my request, and offered a competitive quote. We wanted roller shades in the whole house, with sun shades in the downstairs and privacy shades in the upstairs, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. I explained to him that I didn't want people in our driveway to be able to see us getting out of the shower or changing clothes. Alex recommended sun shades in the entire house, with a higher opacity for the upstairs, so we would have privacy in the bedrooms and bathroom. After I reached out, the owner Alex came out, showed me the sample book, and measured all my 32 windows. The estimate came quickly later that evening.
I put down an 80% deposit and he told me that it would take about 2 weeks to receive the blinds after he placed the order. Without fail, two weeks later I received an e-mail saying the blinds had arrived and I was lucky enough to get installation done the next day.

Could not be happier. The array of options was solid; the pricing was competitive (not to say bargain-pricing), but priced as you would expect for a quality product/service. Rollers shipped on time, and the installer was very efficient, and conscientious - no messes, packing material left behind.

I cannot comment on the blinds, the price, the installation or the delivery interval. There is a reason.
I scheduled an appointment with an estimator, and told him exactly what we wanted. He parked on the wrong street and couldnt find the house and brought in the wrong samples from his car. He watched me change from street shoes to slippers after escorting him to the house, and he ignored the cue. He never sent an estimate. your mileage may vary, but I consider this a bust.

Blinds Northwest were extremely easy to work with. Scheduling for both the home measurements/blinds selection as well as actual installation were very easy. They were helpful in making selections and giving advice. The blinds themselves look great after install and are just as we expected

Isabelle was fantastic to work with. She sent a detailed quote within an hour or two of calling. She also answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. I had already signed an agreement when I had to cancel the order. I was assured it was no problem and I received a follow up email confirming our order has been canceled within an hour.

When looking for blinds for our new place, I chose this place based on yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Alex and Yana were great -- it's a local place and they respond quickly and make time to come when it's flexible for you. Our appointments for both the consultation and installation were around 6:30pm, which most places won't do since it's after business hours.
I was expecting to only do the downstairs windows and leave the spare rooms for another time, but it ended up being so affordable we did the whole house all at once. They have a great selection of blinds

NW Blinds offerred the lowest estimate on blinds for my house by several hundred dollars, which is what I have to remind myself when I look at my windows. They did not take the inner molding into account when they measured, so the blinds stick out and look a little strange on several of the windows. Other than that NW Blinds was responsive and good to deal with.
