I then went on apprenticing with a seacoast fireplace installation company with a focus of continuous education and a goal of mastering the trade.

Please read - avoid the hassle and wasted time:
Scheduled a cleaning online and booked a 12-4pm arrival window. We didn't receive any contact on the day of the appointment, so my wife called at 3:30pm and left a voicemail to call her back to confirm the appointment or reschedule for a future date.
The gentleman emailed my wife back in response at 4:00pm and said he was finishing up another job in Portsmouth. He stated that he tried to call her and got the busy signal, yet never texted or emailed to try to get ahold of her in another way.
Fast forward to 6:00pm, my wife calls the man again to
