Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Bought the pool in June 2020 and was referred to two installers. No assistance with having pool installed otherwise. It is now June of 2021 and my pool is still sitting in boxes in my garage awaiting for an install company. Ready to return it and buy a pool from a company that installs their own!

The folks that work there are exceptional.. Todd, Nancy and Rory, the head of the service department and Jason, Nick and Cam are the best. Those folks always go above and beyond to help their customers have a great pool experience and they are working twice as hard because they are understaffed because so many people right now don't want to work. I applaud you all for getting us through this season kudos

Well I’m not really sure what to say about blue dolphin pools. I hired them for a pool cleaning &test/ balance the water. Two guys came out, they cleaned the pool and put chemicals in the water. Unfortunately they pool was still very dirty, and it ended up been very cloudy and green after this visit. I took my water to be tested at a different pool company near me and my chlorine levels were super elevated resulting in staining greenish/yellow in the pool. I also ended up buying an electric vacuum and doing it myself. After several treatments as recommended by a different pool company My pool

The crew was great. The came in and unlike other contractors we have dealt with,, they stayed on and finished it. Contacting them was not difficult and they were responsive. They always answered our questions timely. I would highly recommend them for any pool needs. Our pool came out nicely. We are totally pleased with Dolphin Pools

Well after 35+ years of being a customer, buying several above ground pool INSTALLED BY BLUE DOLPHIN, I had to replace my pool liner and JEAN THE OWNER SAID TO ME DIRECTLY THEY DON'T service above ground pools! I am waiting for Jason Severino to respond to my request we actually talked about several days ago. So ladies n gents I will wait for Jason to respond. I hope he is a true professional n will respond tomorrow.

This pool company has utterly horrible customer service. They just don't seem to care. I swore off using this company last year after they really mangled the pool opening. But, they are close and sell chemicals. So I took in a water sample. I knew I had a chlorine demand situation. The chlorine demand test takes some time, so I was promised a call when it was ready. No call. No call. So I called and was put on hold forever. Drove down there (again) and discovered the test was done. Owner Todd was talking with a BioGuard sales rep. Todd ignored me until the sales rep, feeling uncomfortable

Big Project with some complicated build challenges (ledge), all of which were handled professionally. Crew was always polite and approachable. Subcontractors required for the project were very easy to work with. Overall we are happy with the project and our experience and would recommend Blue Dolphin.

Very convenient; shopped 4 other pool companies before picking Blue Dolphin to install our new pool, everything was provided as promised, no surprises, very helpful staff as I was fresh and new taking care of a pool. I follow their direction in the spring and throughout the summer and my pool is crystal clear and my family just love it. Let me save you some time. Hire Blue Dolphin for your new pool installation. Being such a large expense, we spoke with multiple vendors. The owner has been doing this for years and was so helpful in helping us understand the trade-offs. We appreciated the honesty of their sharing their strengths and areas where they are developing. For instance, I wanted a feature that wasn't currently in their wheelhouse to their level of comfort. Together we formulated a plan and we're thrilled with the outcome. The people doing the work come installation time were incredibly hard working but were always courteous

Stay away should have known when todd littlefield braged how much money he makes owner. Bought a hot tub waited 2 months they still have no clue where it is they never call or return emails they are the most dirty corrupt business I have met wow you have been warned stay away from this place once they have your money your on your own. I had to take legal actions like I said you have been warned

Was offered the "ability" to preschedule my pool opening when these guys closed my pool in the fall of 2016. I took them up on their courtesy offer. Was given a May 15th date for the opening. Just to be sure i called and confirmed the opening 3 weeks ago. "All set " I was told .. when nobody showed I followed up and was told I was never in the system BUT I was in luck!!!! they might be able to get to me in "a few weeks" I spoke w/ a Mgr who told me "there was nothing they could do". Anyone who has spent a week in business knows that is THE worst answer

I met with Jean the owner last year in April about my in ground pool and promised I would be swimming in the pool by July 11.2016 I had told him that if I wasn't going to be swimming by the end of July I would wait till the following year . He promised me I would be swimming . I didn't swim till August 11th
The crew would show up by 930am and leave by 1pm on a daily base if they would even show up. Bob the project manager would hear the bulk of my frustration and would try to resolve it. I spent my week of July 26th babysitting the crew to make sure things would be done

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This is the worst company and customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a hot tub which has turned out be an extremely stressful experience. While the hot tub was delivered in the time frame scheduled, the various accessories were not available and we were told these would arrive later. After waiting and following up for several weeks, we finally received these. If we did not follow up on this continuously I truly question if we'd ever have received them. The installers are absolutely terrible and installed the lifter wrong not

I have owned a pool and dealt with a number of pool companies over the last 20 years. All worked on their own time schedule and left the customers at their mercy. I have grown to expect this kind of service from pool companies, especially in the New England area where the swimming season is so short therefore leaving a BIG demand for service in a limited amount of time. The owner Jean is a VERY good salesman, so don't be fooled. Their crew is completely disorganized, costing me thousands more in landscaping, as well as fencing material because they never bothered looking at the plans I had professionally drawn out! Once Jean gets your money he doesn't care or return calls. 10 day install took 5 months as well. Concerned about quality as well due to constant screw ups.Ran over leach field even though clearly marked on plot plan now I have a pool of sewage in my yard. I have contacted an attorney regarding them as well due to losses.

TERRIBLE company!!! I would NEVER use them again. Over priced and they are so rude and unprofessional. They never show up when they are supposed to and have the worst attitude! They left the back yard a complete mess and I would be here all day if I listed all of the things they did wrong, including installing the wrong equipment.
