I couldn't recommend them more. We recently bought a house from the 80's with a hot tub equally as old that we knew nothing about. Paul was not only able to get it repaired up an running for us, he also took the time to teach us how to use it and how to keep it going in its old age. His recommendations were super reasonable - didn't suggest unnecessary upgrades, gave us timelines for what to replace when, and gave us tricks to keep things going longer. All the things that are terrible for business but great for the customer. He even took the time to troubleshoot a problem over text weeks later

Paul was fantastic. He came out and serviced my tub that had been sitting for a few months as I just bought the house a couple months ago. The weather was cold and rainy but that did not affect the outcome of the job. By the time he was done the tub was like new. He even spent the time with me going over care taking of the tub. I will use him going forward, you don't find great customer service like this these days.

I recently had a problem with my hot tub. After calling several people local to me, Tubs 2 Go was recommended by a friend. I called them to schedule a service. They picked up on the first ring, a very rare things these days, especially during the great COVID landscape we all live in now. I briefly explained the problem to him over the phone and he was able to figure it out. I bought a $5 fuse from Home Depot and was able to repair it myself. Great customer service is a rarity these days. I never even got his name. If you have a hot tub in need of service, avoid all the other pretenders and call

I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with Paul from Tubs 2 Go. Like many we purchased a home with an existing hot tub for which we know very little about. When trying to get it up and running we had several leaking parts and pumps due to not being properly winterized. We reached out to a few different companies and let me tell you what happened. So I bought a used Hot Tub, from a coworker, and let’s just say it had a few problems. I’m SO GLAD I called Paul!! He diagnosed every problem that arose as I was setting up this tub. Paul was prompt, very knowledgeable, and reasonable priced. Another great aspect he has is his communication with his clients, any time I reached out to him he responded quickly! AWESOME company! Paul, the owner, is terrific! We recently bought a home built in 1986 and the hot tub was original to the construction. All we knew about the tub was that the previous owners of 12 years had never used it and it was going to be a big job. We had talked to one friend who had a pool company and he told us he wouldn't touch it and that the tub was too old and nobody knew how to work on it. Paul is excellent!!! He is really friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He always give me tips on how to best take care of my hot tub. He has been working on my Vita Joli hot tub since 6/2016. My usual person for the prior 8 years never returned my many calls over a months time. Paul actually picked up the phone the very first time I called him!! He came 2 days later, diagnosed the problem , ordered the part, and was back in a week to fix it. (it took that long for the part to arrive) Unfortunately, I have needed him many times since then. He always gets back to me in a few hours

Paul did a total rehab on my clients spa. Installed a new control panel and explained everything he was doing along the way. It was a big job and he made sure everything was working at 100% before leaving. Since the job was completed, Paul has followed up with me several times to make sure the spa is running properly and asked if my client was happy. He is very neat while he works and left the area cleaner than it was before he got there. It was actually a pleasure having Paul do the work on my clients spa he really knows his stuff. Paul is amazing. He has helped me on 2 separate occasions with my hot tub. Both times, he came in horrible weather as scheduled. Most recently, he came during a blizzard. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. He has never tried to "up sell or oversell" me. He has been able to repair my tub, get replacement components, and deliver service and product faster and at less cost than the store I bought the tub from. I highly recommend him for any service or product needs. To top it off, he's also a genuinely nice guy!
