I asked "Lance" to quote a repair on a whirlpool tub and when his numbers weren't adding up, I asked him to break everything down for me. Come to find out he was trying to charge me more than 3 times the amount for a $50 part and when I told him I would just get the part myself if that was the case, he refused to take the job and then told me to go "f*ck myself" when I asked why he was refusing the job just because I wouldn't let him rip me off on a part. Lance is a very think-skinned and very angry individual.
