Extremely professional group to work with, from Kevin down to the gentlemen in the field. Cleared a dryer vent blockage that had stumped 3 prior service providers we had worked with. Field staff is courteous, clean & professional. Wore masks, gloves and booties and were meticulous in their cleanup. The guys were genuinely concerned that we were without a dryer due to the severity of the blockage and were committed to resolving the problem. Price was very reasonable and much more competitive than other firms in the area. Highly recommend.

Kevin was super helpful and although he didn't give me the best news about the chimney he checked out, he was very thorough in explaining my options to take care of the issues he found. Price was very reasonable and Kevin was also really nice and accommodating given the short notice of my request. Would recommend to anyone needing chimney work/inspections
Update: I have to dock a few stars because their payment system is super inefficient. I've provided my credit card information no less than 5 times to pay for services last year. The payment was never processed and now I'm receiving stern calls

This is our first time owning a house with fireplaces, and we called him based on our neighbor's recommendation. He called us back, and my husband asked him if he guarantees his work, oh boy it made him so mad. His exact words were: Who do you think you are? I have 8000 (yes 8000) customers and nobody ever asked me such question!! I don't have time for this, I have 16 voice mails to get back... etc. My husband was absolutely shocked by his attitude. Highly recommend them! The owner called me right back and cleaned my stove insert that day! I was so impressed with their prompt service as our insert was so dirty we could not use it, with a huge snow storm coming the next day the fireplace was our only heat source with power out. Total lifesaver!!! Crew was quick and professional.
