It had been about 6 months since I had time to do a good clean on my place. With 3 cats living here plus the humans, it needed a deep cleaning. They came in and did a great job. They really took pride in their work and ensured that when they were done, it was sparkling clean. I have signed up to have them clean my place on a regular basis to maintain things now that they have it clean.

The service was great. Veronica called 30 minutes before she would arrive so I was able to drive there to meet her. I had to go to work, but they called 10 minutes before leaving and locked up, leaving the key where we agreed upon. I checked the apartment after work, and it was up to my standard. It was clean, and all the trash was gone.

I had the team of Vernoica, and they were great! Showed up in the window provided, and worked very quick! They asked me what exactly I was looking for, and they did everything I asked and more. It had been over a year since a real deep clean, and they cleaned all the baseboards. The bathrooms needed some work and they look just like new. They moved the furniture and cleaned out all the dust and dirt underneath. They folded my blankets, and cleaned and organized a storage room I said they could just ignore. They did an amazing job and would recommend for anyone looking for a cleaning.

Such a professional cleaning company! I was looking for a company to come and clean my rental property for the next tenant. Their communication is smooth, booking was very easy, and overall it was a great experience. The cleaner (I forgot her name, sorry!) came right on time, was extremely thorough, and especially has my bathroom and kitchen looking brand new. My microwave and stove look amazing. Honestly just way over priced. We moved out of a 800 square foot apartment and wanted a basic (exiting) cleaning. You know, vacuum the carpet, clean the mirrors and surfaces. You're talking maybe 30-45 mins of work - they stated 340 dollars. That's just a silly price, my cleaner back in Cali would clean our entire 3400 square foot home for 145.

I know how hard it is to find a reliable, trustworthy, good customer service company that provides great cleaning services! I have found that company in Maids 2 Match! We currently relocated to Ellis County and I was having a real issue finding a company to clean my house. Maids 2 Match came and performed the first cleaning (deep clean) to begin my every 2 week cleaning cycle and I am so, so happy with their services. The cleaning team were very professional and left our home looking fabulous. This was a deep clean after we had had some tiles torn up and replaced so the house was covered with dust and needed cleaning anyway. If they ask if you have or had a pet in the house just say no! They will tack on an extra $15 charge after quoting you a price. First I agreed to $570 for two able bodied people to clean a house we moved out of. Was there any evidence of a pet? No! I flat out told them that I would not pay $15 extra because there may or may not have been a pet in the house! My God! We lived there for 51 years. Let me count the pets we had over that time span. Not only did the cleaner come on time, she asked important questions that I hadn't even thought of pertaining to our preferences of a clean, serene home. Just had my first cleaning service, done by Lily, and everything was perfect! She is super friendly and got right to work as soon as she arrived! I am so very sorry that we chose Maids 2 Match. I read all the 5 star great reviews, and we gave them a 1. We're downsizing so I did not have a lot of time to clean/sanitize the new house. I just had to redo our bathroom., had to clean laundry room to put our washer/dryer in.
We spend our hard earned money on a "Deep clean", sadly we did not get it.
