In 1955, Ed McDonald, president and founder of McDonald Plumbing, began what is now a well-known plumbing company. His son Scott later joined him and the company continues to grow. Our company has built a reputation as a sewer and water specialist. But we have added a variety of plumbing services over the years to better serve our customers.

I am a general contractor that does residential remodeling and used this firm for the mandatory conversion from well to municipal water. This firm was very communicative about the timeframe, set up the appointments and showed up on time for the estimate and service. They were respectful of our home and did a good job of protecting flooring from the entry door to the work area and cleaned up after themselves very well. The quality of work they did was also indicative of people that take pride in their trade.

Our neighborhood is involved in the Wolverine PFAS well contamination. McDonald Plumbing connected municipal water from the newly installed hydrant to our home.
The team did an excellent job. All the guys on the crew were timely, professional, friendly, thorough, explained everything as they progressed and answered all our questions.
The job site outdoors was repaired and cleaned up as well as they could. Inside the house, rugs were placed in all walk through areas and the guys were very respectful and fast.
We have had no issues with our installation and would highly recommend McDonald Plumbing

Fantastic service! Both the guy who came out to do the repair estimate and the team that actually performed the repair were top-notch. All were friendly and informative, and the repair team even went the extra mile cleaning up and making the filled in hole outside look good. I'll definitely call McDonald Plumbing again if/when needed and I have no reservations recommending them.

From the moment I called McDonald, the representative we spoke with was sympathetic and gathered basic info to get to a team leader on the phone immediately (stayed on the phone with me while transferring).
