I scheduled a “move in “ clean for a condo we purchased and when we arrived to the empty condo the afternoon of the cleaning we honestly did not think they had come. I called the company (Saturday @4:30) and could only leave a voice message. I called a few more times and could not reach anyone. We began cleaning the condo floors because we… needed to bring in furniture. We never heard back from the company all weekend. I called again Monday morning around 10:30 and asked if anyone had shown up and that the condo was dirty. The area supervisor met me at the condo later that day
