Russell Martin Carpet came through again for our family. I have used them since 2007 starting with our first home. What sold me then was their selection, but most importantly service. I got to know the owners Rae and Dave and over the years I have gotten to know all the employees from installers, cleaners to in house employees. I am now also enjoying the 2nd generation owners, Sam and Rebecca. I trust them all! Love that Russell Martin continues to put the customer first.

I've used Russell Martin for years and was always satisfied with their work. Unfortunately, I will never be using them again. I called to make an appointment and requested the cleaner wear a mask in the house (which they should be doing anyways). The person on the phone responded with, they don't do that and suggested I call another company. Calling another company went without saying. I cancelled my appointment with Russell Martin and made an appointment with Koshgarian, who of course said they would wear a mask in the house.
