An honest dealer! I saw from an online listing that they had the car I was looking for (an 8 year old Nissan) and JRA was asking less than comparable cars at the big-name dealerships. The dealer didn't give me much leeway on that price but I didn't mind because I felt the asking price was fair to begin with. Absolutely no pressure or games.
He did tell me up front that they don't do financing, so be prepared. Also this is a family operation so their hours are a bit limited. If you're traveling from out of town to see a car, I'd recommend calling ahead or emailing first.

I needed to buy a car on a limited budget recently, and I had to do it quickly. I went to a few other places around Tracy but at JRA, I was more comfortable with completing my purchase. I talked to the owner and told him what I needed, and he was able to show me two cars, both Honda's with low mileage. I was able to test drive, but both cars were so close to what I needed, that it took a second test drive for me to decide which one I preferred. How often do you find two great deals that make it so you can't decide?

I have bought 3 cars (2011 Nissan Leaf, 2013 Nissan Leaf, 2016 Mazda 3) from JRA Imports has, each time been friendly, businesslike and above all honest! Whatever they say about used car salesman, that is not what Rizwan is. In fact after the first in person purchase I was confident enough in Rizwan to purchase the next two cars based on pictures, videos he took for me and his opinion of the cars. During the shipping of the Mazda (by an independent car hauler) the drivers side mirror was damaged. Rizwan went to bat for us and kept in touch with the hauler about reimbursement for the parts my son

I was searching 2 months for a used reliable affordable vehicle, and I just couldn't find a place anywhere due to the current rise in vehicle prices (May 2021). Surprisingly and thankfully, I stumbled across this place in town. As soon as my wife and I met Rizwan, we got a good feeling about him. He was down to earth, very easy to work with, without the stereo typical fears of a used auto salesman. I was able to find a 2015 Mazda 6 Grand Touring for under $10K and it was blue booked at $14K. Yes, it had a few misgivings, ex. need to replace a worn headlight, but these were very minor things

I learned more about cars, standing mileage, service history, and googling reviews on the cars I was considering.
Almost jumping on a really nice looking Honda for 2,500. My brother said, "You get what you pay for" Ugh. The worst was A HONDA that uses "NATURAL GAS". I actually went to investigate one access here in Stockton. What a headache. Even at 2014, 71,000 miles, I got a headache

I drove over 100 miles from Santa Rosa to Tracy to buy this vehicle. I had a great experience at JRA Imports. I think we get what we give. If we give time and respect we get that back in kind. I bought a 2016 Prius C here this weekend and Rizwan was amazing with his response time on facebook and meeting with me at the dealership the next day. The negotiation process for dealers is usually a difficult one, but Rizwan was very reasonable, courteous, and fair. Great prices too, for the value that I was getting. Although there was an unexpected $80 document fee charge that could not be waived, I still feel like I got a steal in the deal. Rizwan even arranged for my car to get delivered half an hour away for free. Would highly recommend my friends here and will be returning in the future

I'm giving it two instead of one because I didn't even give the people a chance to come talk to me so they get the benefit of the doubt there.
We drove a couple hours out here to look at three cars specifically and they were filthy inside, tires nearly balding and one of the cars for sale even had a spare tire on it rather than a real one. Some of their newer cars look really nice but I don't trust a place that doesn't clean the car and put new tires on it. If the inside/outside of the car isn't clean, then under the hood sure isn't clean. Everything sold as is.

I bought a used 2012 Nissan Leaf in March with less than 44,000 miles on it. The car's interior and exterior were in excellent condition. The salesperson, Rizwan, was personable, accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. A pleasant experience all around!
On a side note: Although the car's battery capacity was only at approximately 70% (it dropped to eight bars a couple of days ago), Nissan will replace it with a new 2015 specifications battery pack later this month since it is still under warranty.

Went in to look at purchasing a 2013 Toyota Corolla for my sister. All of the men running the business were very friendly and helpful. Ended up buying the car from them after agreeing on a price. They don't budge on pricing but prices were fair. Very good customer service and seamed to be very trustworthy and honest about their products. I would buy another vehicle from them in the future!
