They're a typical car dealer that will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you a vehicle. The service department even told me, and I quote, "our sales guys will promise you the moon to sell you a car". Huge red flag when their own service department tells you this. I've purchased 2 vehicles here and will never again. They won't honor what was sold! Very disappointed with their service and overall attitude. Got the feeling they're so busy that they really don't care about the customer anymore. Plenty of other dealerships to choose from.

I was a first time car buyer, and didn't know where to begin. I found a car I liked, called, and immediately Andrew answered. I had about a hundred questions that Andrew walked me through and was incredibly knowledgeable.
There was no pushy behavior, trying to get me to buy or purchase other options, just an employee who listened to my needs and help me get the car I wanted.

I know I'm writing this review a little late I brought my truck Chevy Silverado 2019 at the end of December I think it was December 30 matter of fact. I recently went with one of my relative to another dealership and they were horrible I won't say who it was but it did Make me appreciate the teamwork and attention that my sales rep Matt Lanning gave to me.
Matt was very professional and was looking out for my best interest he also found me the best loan for my truck that he could.
It's rare when you go to a dealership and feel like they are trying to help you.

Chris Morri was are car sales man and he was incredible!! Very nice, great customer service! He went out of his way to give us the best value for our trade in. Also made sure we new everything about the new car we were wanting to purchase! He worked well with us making sure our experience went smoothly! We all know that going to the car dealership is about as enjoyable as getting a root canal. Lucky for me my opinion on that was changed today at Tracy Chevrolet. Chris and everyone over at Tracy Chevrolet made getting my first truck easy and enjoyable. The facility and showroom were very nice and clean, water and snacks are available. The waiting room was also clean and comfy. Chris was very kind and helpful, he was able to answer all my questions about the truck. All the employees were very friendly as well. All in all, they made buying a car a pleasure. Would recommend to anyone to come here and buy a car!

I know I'm blessed with my new car, but I was disappointed with my first time buying experience here.
A week ago I got my first car with one supposed (so they claimed) approved loan, a specific payment + awesome warranty, and left the lot having the best day ever! Only to get a call the next day that they missed a step and I might have to bring it back. I was pretty stressed and sad at first. Then... despite calling them, didn't hear anything for a week!
After a week, I returned yesterday to higher interest and payment. Still grateful, but they dropped the ball and struggled to admit

Chris was so awesome helping me from start to finish. He made me feel comfortable talking to him over the phone and in person. 100% would recommend him. I never felt forced to make my down payment (he just pretty much asked how much I can afford and went from there). Process was so easy and quick. Told him This was my 1st time buying a sports car, and he was more excited that I am . He walked me through every single details I needed to know about the car I was buying. To make it more interesting, car wasn't available in my state. But that didn't stopped him on helping me. He made it happen

I drove to Tracy Chevrolet late Friday evening and met up with Walid! He had the BLACK Cadillac ATS waiting and ready for me. I took a nice test drive around town and it was super sporty, fast and luxurious!!! There was no way I wasn't going to take my DREAM CAR HOME! He asked me about my deposit and I told him I only have my 2001 Toyota Corolla for a trade in. Next thing you know instead of treating me like a broke homeless guy, and asking me for a large down payment. Since my credit is so so. I was driving off in my 2018 CADILLAC ATS!!! Go see Walid at Tracy Chevrolet you will not be disappointed

I'm so glad that Chris M. contacted me when I was interested in a Chevy Traverse. He stayed in contact with me all week before my appointment day. He made the purchase extremely easy by sending me their Traverse inventory & had the car ready for us to check out when we arrived. He was so nice, patient, & did not try to push any extra costs on us. He also made sure we were comfortable the whole time. While we were signing papers, Chris made sure the car was detailed & gassed up. Definitely would recommend everyone to ask for Chris at Tracy Chevrolet!

Not customer centric at all, helpful did not try to come up with sulation on negative crap.
I had much,much,much better experiences at other Chevy dealerships getting paperwork from Oakdale, Modesto and Arroy Grande.
I had to call the maintenance manager, sales manager and leave a message for the GM to get simple service records sent to me. I had to go thought the same BS requesting my trucks purchase agreement.
CRAZY!!!!

I have been in the market for a new SUV for several months and I reached out to multiple Chevrolet dealerships in the area to purchase a new Traverse. Responses were mixed from misleading to refreshingly transparent. Kevin was the latter and offered competitive pricing without any conditions. He also did not insist I come in for their best price and was happy to negotiate by phone and email.
