How long has this place been closed? I went here to check out a Mini Cooper that was listed on CarGurus. I called and no one picked up but from the reviews, people were saying that the owner is "unresponsive" which was a red flag I should've listened to but the website online said that this place was open until 7. I still drove all the way just to check the car out. Such a disappointment. All of the cars remaining cars have just been sitting there. There were even cob webs inside of the car I wanted to check out.

I've been trying to get a hold of them for over a week now, via email, and phone. Still no response.
Edit: it's been over two weeks now, and still no response. I ended up going to another dealership and got a car. Same day financing and drove off within an hour. If I could give zero stars I would.

As a college student buying her first card, this dealership was the best (of 5 dealers) I've seen so far. They are responsive, polite, and professional from the beginning.
Before I test-drived the car, the owner even took the time to warn me about parking my car around the neighborhood and had me park it in their parking lot instead. That was only the first of his many friendly gestures.
After I test-drived and found the car in good condition, the dealer ran me through many details about the car and how to maintain (it was obvious the owner knew a lot about MINI cars), even though I hadn't expressed

Not willing to speak on the phone or negotiate.

Obviously not a confident dealership and/or likely a front covering something else up.

Other reviews are terrible. I would suggest looking elsewhere as this place does not seem to care about the customer or doing business.

My daughter bought a car from this dealer. It was not running the next day. It was brought back in and we were told nothing was wrong. Again, we tried to have her drive the car, and it wouldn't run. We took the car to the repair shop and learned the engine was bad. In addition to being out of money for the car, which doesn't work, we are now having to pay Uber fees of $60 a day to get her to and from work for over two weeks, along with looking at having to buy a new car or new engine (both several thousand). Do not buy "as is". Lesson learned.

Small dealership ran by owner and wife. very nice people but i started to see some flags that scared me away. i caught them in 2 lies, then after 3 days they told me that they could not get financing for me because "clarification" was needed but didnt provide what "clarification" was needed. I went to another dealership and got approved in one day for the same type of car and same amount of money but a better interest rate. This dealership caused so much stress and wasted so much of my time.
