Customer Service is OUTSTANDING. Sam answers my questions and can assess the problem by phone, guiding me with what needs to be done. Just recently, after assessing my problem, he decided that a tech needed to come to my home to fix the outlet cord. He responded immediately and had someone out the very next day.

Sam took time to explain about the spas and options. Delivery and install was great with Nathan and Ian. They took special effort with our wood floors since we had to take the spa through the house. Nathan went through set up and operations to make sure we understood and asked if we had any questions.

We felt well-informed to make our decision. We were delighted when they called and said our hot tub was actually in early! Nate and Scott did our install. They were super pleasant to work with and made sure we had a solid understanding of our hot tub’s operation and gave us some tips and tricks to easy hot tub maintenance. We highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a hot tub AND excellent customer service.

the way to Payson Az. Nate and Scott delivered it and set us up fast and quick. Very professional and nice. This tub rocks it and so happy we picked this one out for our needs. Its powerful and doesn't take up a lo of room.

Nate and Scott delivered my spa on time and in a very professional manner. They went over all the information I would need to get it going once it was filled. They started the water before leaving, showed me how everything inside the hot tub worked and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving! I love my new hot tub!

We had special delivery requirements (crane needed to lift spa over our 2 story house) and they were so helpful in helping with that too!
