Today Dan serviced my gas fireplace and did an exceptional job. Not only was he easy to work with but he took the time to teach me the inner workings of my fireplace. He identified the issue and within minutes had it functioning better than ever. After Dan cleaned the inside of the fireplace and glass it looked brand new. It was an educational experience that took less than 30 minutes to resolve. I will definitely save Dan's number as my go to fireplace expert for the future.

Agree with all the other reviews. Daniel is knowledgeable & professional. Scheduling is easy & his rates are very fair.
We’ve used Ignite a few times now for cleaning, to repair a leak & to fix a fireplace that kept shutting off.
His work is guaranteed. After replacing a modulator (I think?) our fireplace started flickering. I called the next day & he came back out to look at everything & fix the flickering. Always good to hire someone who stands by their work.

Dan was able to diagnose the problem with my 25 year old gas fireplace based on a few pictures sent to him. He came exactly on time as scheduled and was able to not only repair my fireplace, but cleaned it and replaced the logs as well. Excellent service for a fair price. I could not be happier with this company and highly recommend them.

I'm in the process of selling my house and the inspector found a leak in the fireplace valve. I had originally called another place and they told me, they needed to rip up my floor or rip up the dry wall under the fireplace in order to determine where the small gas leak was coming from. That wasn't really an option since my place was under contract, but I wanted to ensure the place was safe for the new owner. I decided to give Ignite a call as soon as they opened and Dan said he could come out and take a look. Not only was Dan professional and knowledgeable, he fixed the issue without ripping up
