We had a wonderful experience with Colorado Comfort Designs. We bought a new house 3 weeks ago and wanted to have the fireplace cleaned before we used it. After easily scheduling online, Shane came out arrived on time, cleaned our older gas fireplace recommended a service schedule and gave an idea on how much it would cost to upgrade. He showed me how to utilize the fireplace properly and answered all my questions. We will absolutely use Colorado Comfort Designs again!

Shane was terrific! He arrived on time, is knowledgable, VERY tidy and seems to have done an excellent job of servicing our fireplaces!!!! I will also add that He is very nice! I have already recommended Him to a neighbor and will cerainly use Him again! I only wish all the service people I have used were as responsible and considerate as Shane is!

Shane runs his own business and I like to support the independent people in business. He has worked for me, as well a a client. He is personable, and considerate. He's a hard worker and does his best to make sure the fireplaces are well cared for, working correctly and clean. He takes pride in his work. He's great!

I contacted 3 companies to fix and tuneup my two fireplaces. Two of the companies were booking 3 weeks out and one wanted $520. Shane was in my house in 2 days and charged $220. He’s polite. He cleans up the site. He was even nice to my dog. Great service! We’re excited to have our gas fireplace back for the winter.
