We had a complex design in a tricky location and Aaron worked with us through the design phase to make sure we had a great installation. Then since the unit was installed by by me the homeowner he was extremely valuable in the install/startup process always answering the phone and giving professional guidance. I will purchase my next unit from Home and Hearth for sure!

Home and Hearth did a fantastic job helping me and my wife restore the fireplace in our 1912 North Denver Home. We wanted to keep the character of the home and the Frank Lloyd Wright look of the tile and mantel. Many of the inserts we found around would have made us alter the surrounding wood and demo the tile to inserts to fit and meet clearances. Aaron and Justin designed us a custom logset with our existing cast iron pieces that looks great and feels really warm when it is on. Thanks so much guys. You did what other fireplace stores did not and gave us a piece of art rather than a standard boring

Our experience with Home and Hearth was so positive. Aaron came up with a wonderful solution for our 1906 fireplace. I am beyond thrilled with this because we had a few other companies tell us that our only option was an insert with a huge metal surround. Aaron ordered custom doors and a log set and it looks and works incredibly. Our installer, Justin, basically saved our lives by discovering that the gas pressure into our house was four times the amount it should have been. Xcel came out to rebuild our meter and Justin was back the next morning to finish our install. I had such a great experience

Home and Hearth is FANTASTIC. We have a tiny little fireplace that was used for coal burning and they were one of the only places that had a gas fireplace that would fit it. From the beginning of the process to the end they were helpful and informative!
Special call out to Aaron who helped us on the customer service front and Justin, one of their service folks. Both of the them were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure all went well! We had Justin out for a little service issue and man, does he know his stuff!

My wife and I needed to replace an old gas fireplace and these guys had the perfect Victorian style to match our home's decor. They installed it a year ago and it works great. This year there was a minor problem with the igniter and Aaron came over and fixed it promptly. Great product. Great service. Highly recommend!

The entire team from Home & Hearth was professional and helpful. I ordered a wood stove insert from them and some of the conditions at my home made it a more involved install, and they made it happen. They even went above and beyond with an install on another wood Stove insert that I purchased on my own. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to change the fireplace situation in their home.

We had two fireplaces installed by the team from Home&Hearth. One was a full custom install of a linear gas fireplace and the second one was installed into an existing hearth. There was quite a bit of custom work and accommodation to make the finished product achieve the look we wanted. Aaron and his team went above and beyond to make it just exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the results.
