If parts are needed, we do our best to supply original manufacturers parts, but will only replace parts that are absolutely needed.We know our customers time is valuable, so we set exact appointments and do our best to stay on schedule. We don't think it is fair to give a 2 or 4 hour window of time.

Manufacturers suggest having your fireplace cleaned, serviced and adjusted every year to two years. This will keep your fireplace running to its peak efficiency, and keeps it safe and operational for years to come. 2. Glass fogs: This is normal - Any moisture in your fireplace will settle on the glass until it is warm enough to evaporate off.

When I first called Specialty Fireplace Service, Nora was very helpful end encouraging that they could replace the glass on the fireplace. She had me measure the shattered glass over the phone and made an appointment to have a technician come out to install the glass when it was ready. The technician was very nice and removed our broken glass but found that the glass he had brought was too small and would need to remeasure and come back with glass another time. At this time there was no service on the unit done, just glass removed. He said I would be contacted when the glass was in and he would

I had a technician from Specialty Fireplace come out to repair one of my gas fireplaces which would not stay on, after showing up 45 minutes late because he was given the wrong address by the office staff (even though I confirmed the address with them multiple times), he stayed for all of 5 minutes and charged me $98.00 to tell me I needed a part which they didn't have in stock and would take 7 days to receive. I was trying to get the fireplace fixed for the holidays but the part ended up taking 2 weeks to receive, so another technician was sent to my house to install the new part, only to tell
