I can't say enough about Lakeway AC. I have used them in the past and been happy with them thus my call to them again today but after todays visit i had to write a review. I called them this morning about a leaking AC unit due to the drain being clogged and they came out the same day. Ray was the technician. He is excellent. I will definitely ask for him in particular next time. We have had this problem continually as long as we've lived in the house. We had one of our ACs replaced with a 2.0 ton lennox. Their service, price, worksmanship, and communications were excellent. Highly recommended.

This company deserves 10 gold stars!! Highly recommend them, they're really great. Response time was excellent, they did a good job fixing my A/C quickly..this was a month ago and no problems at all. This is the second time I've used Lakeway AC & heating and I could not recommend them more. Jennifer took the time to troubleshoot with me to see if I could fix on my own. She then found the time in the schedule to have Miguel come out and assess my situation. Turned out to be a quick and easy fix. Miguel was professional, helpful and efficient.

They turned a stressful situation into an easy process. 100% my go-to for any AC issues.

Our A/C unit went out last night. Called late this morning and Ray was at the house a little after 2 pm. Diagnosed the problem in about ten minutes, fixed it in another fifteen minutes and our unit was humming cold again! He explained as he went, was thoroughly professional and personable, and the price was certainly reasonable. It is obvious this is a wonderful business and we’re lucky to have them.

Called Lakeway AC & Heating on Friday morning 8:05AM and spoke with Jennifer to schedule an appoint. While I was expecting to hear that the earliest appoint would be days away, Jennifer advised me that she could get someone out before noon the same day.

Ray arrived at about 9:00AM the same morning. Ray was respectful in my home, wore a mask, observed the 6ft social distance, etc. I described the problem with my AC unit and Ray diagnosed and repaired the problem in a very timely manner.

In the future, when I need my AC repair, Lakeway AC & Heating will be my first call. I strongly

John, the owner, is a super nice guy. He spent lots of time giving me advice on air conditioning my garage, going through all the options, and even offered to let me borrow one of their portable AC units to see if it would be enough cooling for me. As a Lakeway resident, I will for sure be doing business with them in the future!

We needed to have Lakeway AC back out again to check our attic and make sure that roof rats hadn't caused any damage up there. Kelly came out and checked the attic, replaced a pipe cover that had gotten chewed off, changed our filter and also did a check on our compressor as it had been running noisy. We feel confident that everything is in great working order now. We've been very happy with the service received from everyone we've come in contact with at Lakeway AC.

They don't stand behind their work and after they didn't make a proper repair and I had an issue 1 week after they came to my house they wanted another $150 just for the service call on a Saturday. They told me to wait til Monday. It's over 100 degrees! I'll never use them again. After checking them out with a few other people it turns out they have a reputation for poor workmanship and customer service. There are many other reputable HVAC folks with way better service and more reasonably priced.

During a brutal heat wave my AC goes out and the company ( CASA mechanical) that installed and has serviced my home after $$$$$$ told me that it would be about 1-2 weeks before service. Thank god for Lakeway AC & heating. This company fixed the problem same day and was very professional and reasonable. I am now done using CASA and
will use Lakeway AC & heating exclusively from now on.

Amazing, honest company. I had called another local company that wanted to replace the entire unit. Called them for a second opinion and they found that it was just the capacitor! Other company wanted over $7,000- these guys charged $250!

Moved into a new home and was having some issues with the AC. Thought, let's just get someone out here to be certain. Called Lakeway AC & Heating, a technician was onsite within a few hours. Wow! Great service, inspected the entire system, cost was reasonable. Thanks Lakeway AC & Heating!

Our heater has gone out 3 times now. The first two times we used our home insurance and had terrible customer service with another company and they never resolved the issue. First call to Lakeway AC & Heating was completely different. They were out to our house within a matter of hours and had the problem resolved. Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Heater hasn't failed since. I'd highly recommend them!

I would give them six stars if it were possible! Chris is the best!! After several service calls before me on a Sunday no less, he showed up EARLIER than he estimated, and as usual with a great attitude and a smile on his face, not to mention being extremely knowledgeable. No games! He got my unit running even though it needed parts to repair it permanently. These are the kind of people you wish you had for neighbors!!

The downstairs AC was blowing hot air. I called Lakeway AC yesterday and they were able to schedule someone to come by today. (It could have been yesterday except that I couldn't be at home until the night.) Ray came by this afternoon and added some refrigerant, but the air still wasn't cold. He looked at the indoor unit and found a problem with the drainage of condensed water, so he drained the water and elevated a pipe to stop the water from accumulating. After he left, I noticed that the air still wasn't cold and I saw that the outside fan wasn't running. I called Lakeway

We didn't end up using this company but the service was excellent. We were impressed with the company and the technician. The tech thoroughly looked at the existing system as well as the ducting and square footage to come up with two quotes for us. He was able to get me to throw quotes within 24 hours. We ended up using a company that we have used in the past however I would definitely recommend Lakeway air conditioning and heating two other homeowners. They're pricing was fair and their knowledge seemed very good.

Wow! Talk about service! Our A/C went out in the middle of the night and we woke to a hot house on a Sunday. Within an hour Chris had returned our early morning call, was at our home and had us cool again in no time. I'm so impressed. This was our first time to use Lakeway AC, but definitely won't be our last. I choose them as our current company doesn't work on Sunday (how convenient...NOT!) and I was searching for someone with outstanding reviews. I found it!

This is a 5-star service customer focused group.

The a/c stopped blowing air late Thursday night. I called Lakeway A//C and heating around 800 am Friday morning. Kelly was at the house by 10am and diagnosed the problem quickly. A new blower motor was needed. The part was purchased by 1100 by one of his colleagues who was already at the parts warehouse. He finished his two other calls in the neighborhood and was back by 300. He worked steadily until 600 or so. Job done!! Efficiently. Fair price. And Kelly is very personable. He explained the job to me step by step. Lakeway A/C and Heating is now my go to HVAC company.

If you have AC trouble in the Lakeway area, you NEED to call Lakeway AC & Heating. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and prompt. Two thumbs WAY up!!
