We have excellent relationships with our manufacturers, ensuring we get optimal pricing and rebate notifications. Which we pass along to you, our valued customer! All of the systems we install are energy efficient, environmentally friendly and easy to service and operate.
Normally, when we install a new A/C, furnace, coil, or some other qualifying item, we will register it for you. Sometimes you may want to register it yourself. We supply links to many brand's registration pages here. When registering, keep in mind that parts of your system may be different brands, and as such, you would need to go to the appropriate brand's registration site.
Maintenance on commercial buildings and businesses is extremely important. Filters need changing often, A/C equipment is tucked into hidden spaces or on hot rooftops making them work harder and age faster. Insufficient or no maintenance will destroy equipment quickly in the desert. Accessories like remote temp sensors (keep thermostats in your office) or remote operations are available.

These guys are great!! Thought my air went out, going into one of the hottest weekends of the year. They showed up withing a couple of hours, checked my unit out thoroughly, then installed a new thermostat. They were polite, honest and best of all, reasonable! I took a few of their cards to give to my friends. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I am so pleased with the work that Bendtsen & McGrew did for us in our guesthouse. I asked for some advice on a mini-split unit to replace the old "wall banger." Kelly McGrew was able to proved me with a quick, and fair, estimate and excellent info. They were able to do installation relatively quickly, even though it's a busy Time of year for them. The work was done meticulously, quickly, and the space was left cleaner than when they started their work. I highly recommend their services.

Very good experience with this company. Kelly came over and talked me through my concern about my thermostat. I was prepared to pay $249 for a new thermostat. Kelly saw that I needed a different, easier to use thermostat, 1/4 the price of the one I thought I wanted ($60 vs. $249) Kelly immediately went to the supplier and was back with the new thermostat inside 40 minutes. I love this new thermostat, totally simple and easy to use. Kelly also did needed repairs on my vent system including climbing up in the attic.
