Of the 4 bids and walkthroughs I had, Scott and Rob from Legacy were by far the most friendly and genuine interaction. They were prompt and detailed answering all the questions I had regarding their proposal. They were not pushy during communication.

Scott and the crew at Legacy were fantastic. They were courteous respectful, on time and on budget. Scott walked me through the options, differences and his industry option on what would be best for us. He did his homework on my house prior to the estimate and didn't try to sell us the most expensive unit.
It took less than half a day to install the AC unit and it runs perfectly. Their bid came in at half of one of the other big companies and the service was amazing.

Recently bought a brand new house and heard an annoying constant sound every time the heat came on. Ended up being an issue of one of the ducts bumping up against a wood beam. Robert, Chris and Scott were all wonderful in the process. They put the customer first and went above and beyond to try to figure out where the sound was coming from and then bringing in insulation to resolve the issue. I know this wasn't "their job"/an HVAC issue and I appreciate more than words can express their help in getting rid of that sound!!!!! They are all very honest and trustworthy.

Scott and Rob fixed our AC unit today. Awesome service. I left a message and they called back in less than an hour. Scheduled a same day appointment, showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor), picked up the part here in town, and had the AC blowing cold again in about an hour start to finish. Hats off to these guys. I will absolutely call them again if my AC needs repair or replacing.

I was referred to these guys by our usual heating and cooling folks for a small job of moving a vent in our kitchen for a reno project. Lance was super responsive on the phone and quoted the job right away, even agreeing to do the work on a Saturday to keep with our schedule. The day of Lance and Scott came out on time, did the job quickly and even brought a new vent cover for us to match our new cabinets! I was incredibly impressed with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them!

I have to say these guys are such a pleasant company to work with.
They are always there for you when you have questions or situations.
We had a 5 Ton unit installed by them and was very happy with the install.
Will be calling them when we expand our operations.

I'd like to thank Scott & Lance for doing a great job hooking up my new A/C unit and thermostat. Their skills and craftsmanship really showed on this project. They also did a great job concealing the A/C lines running through my garage.
