Installed my Ductless system completely wrong and not up to manufactures' specs. I had Wolf Heating and Cooling come out and they said it would cost $1,000 to install it right. They also don't return calls or honor appointments. I can't even leave a message because their mailbox is full. Stay away I'll be filling a complaint with the better business bureau. Thanks for letting my family fry in the 116 degree weather.

Bought a home that didn't have A/C, and knew we wanted to have that luxury. Started calling around for quotes, and quickly discovered that businesses of all kinds (including HVAC) have been hit hard by the pandemic; very few HVAC companies were taking new customers, and almost everyone was booked months out - and it was the middle of June, with hot weather soon to come. We added an air conditioning unit to our existing furnace last summer. After a few months the new thermostat would reboot throughout the night and it finally stopped heating altogether.
I contacted them about the issue and they sent out a tech. Embarrassingly for me, the tech figured out it was caused by dirty filters. My wife said they were pretty bad when he took them down. He changed them for us (without charge I will add) and we are back to normal. I'll be checking the filters regularly now. 😁

We are very pleased with our experience with Advanced Mechanical. The technician, Robert, identified the problem with our heat pump promptly. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. Better yet, the company initiated a search for potential coverage under a warranty. As we are new owners of the house, we had no information on this possibility. Thank you so much Deborah!
