Installed original Carrier HVAC in 2000. Needed repair almost annually. Had new high efficiency Carrier system installed by them. Found out at tax time installers are not certified by Carrier therefore I was not elgibly for energy credit. That cost me a couple thousand dollars. Humidifier did not work, they said they did not install it. (See first sentence) Finally got them to wire the system "correctly", so I thought. Next filter change I noticed the water was running constantly in the humidifer. It should only run when the fan is on. Called Comfort Control only to be told the warrantee was up

Before calling Comfort Control I called Dr. HVAC. They didn’t really diagnose the problem with our heat pump, but filled the system with refrigerant and gave me a bill for $600. It worked for about 45 minutes.
Comfort Control diagnosed the problem, laid out my options and replaced my system on schedule and on budget. They’re professional and reliable.
