Repeat customer here. After helping to get our old HVAC unit through an extra DC summer last year, Lynwood and his team did a full replacement of our system this spring. Our technician, Ryan, provide super reliable service and excellent customer service. An HVAC issue can be pretty daunting, and it's stressful to know that it could cost anywhere from very little to literally a ton. But Ryan and his dispatch supervisor were very professional, easy to understand, did not seem to be trying to give me the run-around, and seemed really trustworthy. My HVAC was running poorly, Technician Ryan responded quickly, worked around my schedule, and was great. He talked me through the process and made sure I understood what was happening, and had my unit back up and running in no time. I thought the pricing was a little expensive but Ryan was such a professional I didn't mind.

They worked me in for a same day appointment. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, left to get a part he needed to replace it, came back and fixed the A/C on the Friday before a holiday weekend. The price was fair considering that was the first time I'd had it serviced in 5 years. I would recommend and definitely will count them as my HVAC go to. Thumbs up McMurray!

My AC failed at the start of the first June heat wave of this summer. When I called for repair, McMurrays had a technician here at the house in less than 90 minutes--and I imagine they were getting a high amount of calls. This is the kind of response I have gotten for 3 years now. Long story short, we needed a new system, and Mr. McMurray has installed it. He also strongly recommended an attic fan so the new unit would be less stressed, and provided a lot of information about how I could care for, and prolong the life of, the new system. I very much recommend this business.

So thrilled to have called McMurray's for our dryer vent and main air duct cleaning. I reached out for a quote just days ago via Yelp and I received a response almost immediately. I was thrilled to hear a low price for once. Yesterday I called to schedule and they were able to come in today. Really needed these services so I am so thankful for their quick responses via Yelp and phone. Also really appreciate that the staff came wearing masks and shoe covers to protect us and our home. I definitely recommend and plan to continue using their services in the future.
