I don't request quotes from anyone other than B&B. They service my complex and do consistent, excellent work. Buddy instantly replies to quote requests through Yelp, and has always been available to take care of my carpets right away. I could not be any more satisfied as a customer. Buddy and his team were great! We had water damage in our home from the recent rain and needed someone to come out ASAP. Buddy came out the day after I called to take a look at the job. (I was also late getting back to the house and he patiently waited for me.) He provided a fair estimate and got to work right away. He had a simple, straightforward solution and didn't over complicate the job. He and his team put everything back together (we have a weird carpet/floor plan) and it looks good as new! These guys are amazing! I have over 900 sqft of Ceramic Floor Tile that had not been cleaned for 13 years (my bad). Buddy came to my home, told me what he could do, how it would be done, how long it would take and what it would cost. Everything worked out exactly as he said it would and now our flooring looks brand new again! I am NOT kidding! If you need your carpets or floor tile (and grout) cleaned, these are the guys. They will always be our first choice.

Hands down the BEST carpet cleaning company I've ever used!! Buddy and Carlos were able to fit me in last minute- they came out when they said they would, were very professional and SO efficient! They got stains out that I didn't think would budge, and even repaired a section of carpet that had severe iron burns from the previous owner. Nobody I've asked can even tell a patch was done. Buddy's prices can't be beat, and the quality of his work speaks for itself. We'll be using him for future cleanings- I'm so thrilled to have a company I can rely on and feel good

You get what you pay for!! Called up Buddy and he was upfront with me about exactly what my home needed. My carpet had regular wear from high traffic but also some tough stains from surf wax. He was there the next day and did an incredible job. These guys take pride in their work and it shows. Thanks Buddy!!

Buddy, at B&B, has been cleaning our carpets for the last 4 years. Whether we were renting or buying our new home he supplied a level of excellence that was unrivaled. We had learned from previous experience not to trust the cheap "we'll-do-all-your-rooms-for-$99.00" only to have toothless sub-contractors respond who only made our carpets wet. Buddy came to our newly purchased "Repo Home" and transformed our carpets from a seedy motel condition to appearing brand new. The stains (though many) were removed and never reappeared like the bargain company's results
