If I could give this company a negative score I would. These people harassed me, insulted me and threatened me! PLEASE READ! I was looking for a service that didn't use a lot of water to clean carpets. I wanted them to clean the areas where my cats vomited and to spot treat 4-5 spots where my cats urinated. I decided to go with this carpet cleaning service. Little did I know what nightmare awaited me. The company came out and "cleaned" my carpets. Such rude customer service. I called to cancel because the kids have covid and I don't want to expose her workers. She picks up saying, "well i don't know who you are", I reply saying I was about to tell you my name.

Horrible. Bad customer service and it seems like my carpet is worse than it was before. Vicki and her husband discount concerns and argued with me. The attached pictures show white cloths used to dry the carpets after the "cleaning" was done. I had two rooms, an area rug, and my couch cleaned. The carpets and area rugs are worse now than they were before because all the dirt from the pad is now on the top of the carpets.

Bob at Courtesy chem dry just cleaned my carpeting in the condo that I just sold. I could not be happier with the job that he did on carpet that by rights should really have been replaced by now. Somehow he persevered and the carpeting came out wonderfully well and I was very pleased. I highly recommend courtesy chem drive to anyone who needs experience professional carpet cleaning. This could have been a 1-Star Rating, but it is definitely a 5-Star Rating now! We made an appointment to have a very small job done.......just the carpeting on the 14 steps leading to the upstairs of our home. I was told there was a minimum charge which I found very reasonable. The service technician showed up early and did what guess he considered to be a finished and good job. After he left, my wife noticed that the edges of the steps were still black.........which was the primary reason for having them cleaned. She took three white cleaning rags and wiped along the edges of 3-4 steps......

Please re-read my first review. It is a shame this saga continues with outright lies and misrepresentations. I have attached a photo of your invoice which contradicts what you state "extremely soiled and reappearing stains". This was the first cleaning for our year old carpet and there were no permanent or reappearing stains. But more importantly, this proves you are lying when you say I threatened you with a negative YELP review. That is beyond the pale and why I asked you for nothing except to leave me alone. I was so happy with this service. I'm terrible with names but they sent someone that shot it straight and got the job done right. I had a dog pee on my couch,everyone knows how hard that can be to remove and I'm telling you there is no sign of it on my couch!!! They have an amazing solution for the removal of pet urine. I loved every part of my experience with this company ! It was so easy to schedule my appointment online, I got a call back the same day from a very nice lady to set the date and time ! Brian came to clean my sofa and not only was he speedy, it looks better than when I first bought it ! We thought we were going to have to throw our couch away because my puppy kept having accidents on it, now it looks and smells better than ever ! I hope this is the right chem dry that came out this morning. Brian showed up 15 min early to clean my carpet and he seemed to do a good job. I like the fact that he was punctual as often than not most companies that come out to our homes are not. We have always liked how they operate and how the carpet is cleaned. I will do an update later.

I have to say not only did I called two days before Thanksgiving and was pleasantly worked into their schedule but the carpet which you should have been thrown away way before me moving in looks better than I would have thought possible. The carpet is clean, and no smell.
Art did an amazing job. He was thoughtful of my needs, cost, future issues etc. He communicated with me throughout the process and the price

I had Courtesy Chem-Dry do a cleaning on my home prior to putting it up for sale. The house previously had renters that pretty much didn't take care of the carpet at all. There were lots of pet stains which the company treated for a reasonable additional price. I was more than satisfied by the time the company left.

We have pets. Dogs, cats and two pet rabbits. We also have a granny flat attached to our home that we needed to make presentable for tenants. Three complicating factors: the bunnies had sometimes missed their litter boxes and left urine on the carpet, the other carpet company was a no-show yesterday morning and our tenants were due to move in yesterday afternoon.
My friend was helping me set all of this up. He called Stanley Steamer to clean our carpets yesterday afternoon. There was no way they could do so without leaving the carpets wet and then damp for a good two days. No way would this work
