I have been using Ultimate Carpet cleaning for years! They do an amazing job. Always prompt , courteous, and professional. Heck of nice people too.

Gary and his team are the VERY BEST! They seem to be able to resurrect carpets that we think must be replaced and have saved us lots of money in new carpet by so thoroughly cleaning the ones we have. Recently Gary also cleaned some linoleum that we could not clean ourselves, and it came out beautifully. He had to do it 2 times, but didn't stop until he was satisfied it was sparkling!

They came right away and did an excellent job. Support local family business and give them a call. Thank you Ultimate Carpet Cleaning for your service. I will be using them again.

This man harassed road rage followed me for over 10 miles I had to go to a police station for safety there is a 911 call there are witnesses and the owner Cheryl doesn't seem to care I have called she doesn't return calls and it seems this bully likes to harass women and children He almost caused several accidents !!!
He is going to be charged and this company is responsible for his actions ... If you see him beware SHAME on this company for allowing him to abuse his job and harass the community

Terrible customer service. I spoke to the owner and he was very rude and impatient with my questions. English please! I'll skip the attitude and go elsewhere.

Just had the driver of their van cut me off, honk the horn, go on the wrong lane of traffic to pass me, cut me off again and make an illegal turn.

Wow, looks like this guy has a real problem with driving and cutting people off and then acting in an incredibly obnoxious manner. I just encountered him on the 5 freeway and he proceeded to cut me off at the Oceanside Blvd. off ramp. He literally cut in to my lane within the last 10 ft of being able to exit, causing me to slam on my brakes. I was so excited to see the "stay back I'm recording" sign on the back of his Van, unfortunately he is the owner so it won't do a lot of good calling to complain!! DO NOT use this company!!! They were sent to our home by Stainmaster for a warranty claim and the woman who set the appointment was fine. The day of the appointment a gentleman which is the same man in the pics posted on other reviews called to say he was on his way...I let him know that once he gets to the gate to please ring through call box and we will buzz him in...he was a bit abrupt but...whatever. Calls again when he is at the gate and abruptly asks for the code to get into the gate...ask him again to use the call box and then he says abruptly "can I just have the code"...when

Today this same guy in the photos almost hit me so I honked then he proceeded to start harassing me and he wouldn't go at the green light. So I decided to go a different way and he followed me and harassed me and called me all sorts of names. This vile disgusting male then proceeded to follow me into a parking lot and he tried to block me so I would be trapped. I had to call 911 and he got just a slap on the wrist. Yesterday this man cut in front of me at a light and caused all my groceries to go all over my car. I had to slam on my brakes and this man when he pulled up along side of me was by far one of THE nastiest, rudest, most vulgar, disgusting male species I have ever in my 67 years of life come across! I had an encounter with the person pictured in the photo. I'll add my own as well. The problem started when I heard shouting in the street in front of my house.

The Ultimate Carpet Cleaning person was in a verbal altercation with one of my neighbors. They appeared to be getting ready to fight with raised fists.

I came up to them and indicated I was calling the police, and the Cleaning Employee began to include me in his verbal aggression. Both parties parted shortly after I called, fortunately with no further indication of fighting.

I would never hire a person that suffers from road rage in the company van. Flipping off a car full of kids and slamming on brakes as it swerves in front of car reeks of small time. Do you want a guy with anger issues cleaning your house? Be warned.

Your jack @$$ employee harassed a disabled woman after illegally parking in a handicap space. These people are rude, disrespectful and do NOT deserve even one star. Customer service is 50% of the experience and if you're going to be that disrespectful you done deserve the business.

I woke up one morning to a huge mess on my bedroom carpet made by my very sick dog. I called Gary the owner and he was so nice and came to my house in just a few hours! He did an excellent job and was in and out in no time! I highly recommend him.

Five stars on the carpet cleaning. They've never looked better!
But two stars on customer service. Cheryl was very nice and gave us a really good military discount/quote. But, Gary (the owner who came out and cleaned our carpets) was a bit rude and said he should charge us more. (Which I agree- we should have been charged more.
