Our housecleaning journey began in 1998 when Rosa- who arrived in San Diego North County in 1987 - was hired by an independent housecleaner who trained her to clean professionally. Rosa worked with her professional cleaner for a few years and slowly began building her own clientele with time. To this day, Rosa is still working for the same clients since 2007, offering her housekeeping and caregiving services.
While we have already designed cleaning service packages, we can always customize your cleaning plan to suit your needs. If you're looking for someone to help you de-clutter or simply provide a thorough sanitization of your home's surfaces, we will leave you impressed with our crew's attention to detail.
Our ProCleaners bring their supplies and work from a comprehensive checklist that you can tailor to your liking. We will always try and send at least one of the same ProCleaners already familiarized with your home and cleaning preferences every time. As a landlord, I always re-clean my units after the tenants leave. Rosa's is excellent! Very thorough in areas overlooked by many. Door bins of refrigerator are cleaned perfectly. Inside of oven looks brand new. Light fixtures are gleaming. Windows and blinds are done very well. Best cleaning service I've ever used.

Very happy with our first experience. Ricardo responded very quickly after my quote request I submitted on Yelp for a deep cleaning. He was very easy to work with and responsive anytime I had a question. Their pricing was fair. They were able to set up a time the following week for our deep cleaning. I hired Rosa's Pro Cleaning to do a move-out cleaning on our old condo. They were the lowest bid and fastest to respond. I've had bad past experiences before with cleaners so I was nervous. Competitive pricing. Had 3 employees clean my condo and they did it in within 2 hours or so. The house looked clean at a glance but deeper inspection will show that it's surface level. They used this weird chemical on my stainless steel appliances that left a residual that's hard to remove.

Hate to be the one to leave a bad review, but after giving them a chance to try to make it right and still finding mistakes and damages weeks after, makes me feel like I should warn others.
We had just redone our kitchen & gotten a brand new stove. After they came for the deep clean, we noticed scratches all over the stove, and 3-4 deep gashes as well. Not sure what they used to create these scratches, let alone few deep gashes into stainless steel. I'm so sad to see my brand new stove completely ruined! :( I figured, as a professional

Rosa's ProCleaning visits us every two weeks. We look forward to coming back to a fresh smelling and clean home. Each of the cleaners has been very nice and considerate. Occasionally there are missed spots in areas, yet there are times when I've watched them roll up a rug to vacuum and mop under it.
There are current staff changes, which affect the frequency of booking and the need to train new employees. Once this is done, we intend to have them come more often.

Goodness they're so good! We're so happy with these cleaners after having a subpar cleaning company to come clean our house.
The cleaners were professional and thorough. I'm quite detail oriented and they have exceeded my expectations. For example, all the counter tops were scrubbed leaving them clean and smooth. Amazing job today! I only had two days off so I needed a cleaning done yesterday or today. Yesterday morning I started the Yelp quote process (my favorite way to find great businesses!)
