Victor, and the owner I can’t remember his name, we’re very helpful in with buying my new car. They have great customer service and I would definitely recommend their dealership. I had looked at other cars and the cleanliness of this car was the best out of all of them and was definitely a key factor. I definitely felt welcome at Cars Custom West and their service was better than any of the other dealers I had visited I would definitely buy another car from them in the future!

Great folks to work with! I was shopping from out of state, Lincoln and the rest of the sales team were very patient while I was asking for lots of information and they provided plenty of detail on the vehicle I bought. Lincoln had their techs look it over to make sure it was ready for a 900 mile drive home and the paperwork was ready to sign when i arrived from the airport. I would buy from them again without a second thought.

We’ve have been looking for a newer model Ford Explorer and finally found a great one at custom cars west. Working with Victor was great. He made the whole process easy and understanding. I’m sorry Lincoln for taking so long to do this, but I had the best experience with Custom Cars West. I absolutely needed a car and I didn’t want to just get a cheap car or whatever was in front of me. He worked with me to find something that fit my needs, and then to a price i could actually afford. I couldn’t be happier with my VW. She runs great and over a month of driving and not a single surprise. Thank you guys so much! Lincoln is the man and I’d recommend him to anyone.
