I can't say enough good things about Groove Toyota and about Hamid Shirazi for assisting me in getting my first Tundra. Given that this was a first generation model that was in high demand, I can't thank Hamid enough for helping me find one. While it took a couple of months to acquire the truck, the communication from Hamid was amazing and always very responsive. I don't think it can get any better than Groove Toyota and I will certainly recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

Horrible service department! Bought a car from them, transmission went out less than 2 months later, they replaced without our consent with a refurbished transmission. The transmission went out again less than a year later but when we took it in they said it was a sensor and that the warranty wouldn't cover that and tried to charge us 3x the cost of the repair. We finally gave up on dealing with them and had it evaluated by 2 separate mechanics. The transmission fluid was so bad they couldn't believe Groove would even let us drive the car. They refuse to fix this situation or make it

Abby sold me a RAV4 Hybrid after I wasn’t sure what to do for several months about cars. She was patient and kind during the whole process where I couldn’t make up my mind. But most importantly, she was transparent about the whole process by respecting my budget, understanding what my hard “no’s” were, and having thorough communication. Tommy N. is the best! I was coming from living overseas and trying to buy a vehicle online/email while overseas was a struggle and pain until Tommy came around. This review is of the sales department at this dealership. I put down a deposit for a 2022 4Runner Off Road Premium that had already been allocated to the dealership and was currently inbound. I did not make a special order for the vehicle. The deposit was for $1000.00 and I was told that it was refundable. Later, I changed my mind and notified my sales person Matt Nemetz. that I would like my deposit back. He told me that the deposit was non-refundable and that the only way to get my money back would be if the vehicle did not arrive within 8 weeks of the deposit. At that point he could give

I can’t give high enough praises to Tommy my 4RunnerFairy Godfather! First Tommy helped me find the vehicle I wanted, with specs I wanted then he communicated with me endlessly while my vehicle was in transit. He ensured when I arrived in Denver I had transportation to the dealership plus all paperwork that could be done was done before hand! Easiest signing of documents as well.
I have even texted Tommy a few times with questions after I returned back to New Mexico. Groove doesn’t forget about you after the ink is dry, excellent customer service!!

Had a deal to buy a FJ Cruiser with the sales team. Just come in to sign the papers and pick it up, they said. Once we arrived, the price had been increased by $5000 and both the shady salesman and his "manager" would not honor the agreed price.
I will never go to Groove again and would recommend against them to all buyers.

This is my second purchase of 4runners from Groove Toyota, I purchased my 1st runner through Zach Vose who I returned to for my second purchase. But bc he’s such a rock star he is now the sales manager.. So he connected. me up with Abby Ledogar for second purchase.
This purchase was a build, which is fun but also a lot of details to manage to make sure to get everything I was looking for in my dream truck.

This is a few months overdue but highly recommend service at Groove Toyota. Please ask for Adam Poole! Adam and the service techs who worked on my car were also amazing, honest, and do quality work.
I brought my 2009 Lexus (over 170K miles) in for maintenance with all of the engine related dashboard lights flashing and concern about having to pay a fortune in repairs. When Adam recommended an inspection to identify root cause, I was skeptical and ready for the hefty bill for repairs.

Stay away from this dealership! In their site they are already marking up cars. In particular the 4Runner TRD Pro. It was marked up 5,000 in their site + all other over priced accessories. This morning I received an email stating the markup is whopping $10,000. These kind of dealership is making the car shortage worst. So if i were you go to another sensible Toyota dealership.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle online two nights ago. The vehicle was a pre owned certified Toyota 4Runner TRD pro. The purchase was successful and a conformation email was sent with an appointment time for pickup and signing with instructions on what to bring.

The next morning when the store opened I had a confirmation email and text message telling me that the vehicle was being held.

Several hours later I was told the vehicle was sold, and then they immediately said that was a mistake and my claim was secure. I just needed an appointment to pick it up which I reaffirmed

Quick and simple, walked in and walked out with a New 2022 Toyota Tacoma Off Road ,
Reserve or purchase while you still have a chance at Groove Toyota at Englewood, last i checked they had a couple tacomas 4x4,
Ask for Matt Nemetz or Erik Fletcher
to make car buying easy.
Also i forgot his name but their Finance Guy was straightfoward and fast with all the paperwork.

I would give Groove Toyota 5 stars because of our sales person Josh. He was extremely helpful and responsive during the whole process. Buying a car during this shortage was daunting but we were able to put our name on a brand new highlander with all the specs we wanted. By luck, it came in almost a month in advance and everything looked great! We did feel pressured for additional add ons in the finance department and we were in there for 3 hours even though we were paying for the car in full. I took my car in for routine maintenance and a safety recall. They said they completed a 20 point inspection... Well, my car was so dirty under the hood you could see where they touched. They did not do everything that was checked off! No way. And my cooling fluid was below the low line but yet was green on the report. I told them I was about to go on a 5,000 mile trip and after inspecting the car afterwards it was clear they didn't care. I topped off fluids myself. Did they assume because I was female I wouldn't know to check these things? IDK, but what am I supposed to think?

Patty Koebele in sales was phenomenal throughout the entire process. Patty responded to my online inquiry about a 2022 Toyota 4Runner and in no time, responded back asking what spec/features I was looking for. A few days later, she called on her day off to let me know she had exactly what I wanted on the way! I was able to make my deposit online and from the dinner table, she sent my information to the Sales Manager to secure the vehicle. She truly went above and beyond to make my dream SUV a reality.

Marlon Vasquez was our sales person and he has helped us finally get our dream car! He told us that he hasn't been a sales person before and new to the business? Yeah right, very funny...

He initially spoke to my wife about the 2017 Lexus Rc350 f-type in their lot and she immediately fell in love with it. He emailed her the link containing the car specifications and a couple videos which helped her understand exactly what we will be seeing when we arrive, perfect!

Once we made the decision to buy, he got busy and cleaned the new car, gassed it up, swapped the mats, removed the stickers

I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tundra with the help of John Soto, at Groove Toyota. I found the vehicle online, and John was eager to show it to me, let me test drive, and show me what all needed to be done with it. A short bit later, John came to me with a smoking deal for what the vehicle was. After driving it for a month, I'm confident that I made the best decision, and feel fortunate that John was such a help in securing my new rig. I just signed a lease for a 2021 Toyota Venza, and if it weren't for Tracy and her team, I don't know if I would have been as lucky. Driving safely to provide speech-language therapy for children around the Denver metroplex is a big part of my life, so I'm so grateful to now be doing it in style! I needed a vehicle fast, having been a part of a car program with a home health company. Upon accepting a new position, my immediate thought was, "now what do I drive?"

I tried all day to call service and kept receiving an annoying message that my call would be returned in the order it was received. Starting at 10 am trying to get ahold of them, I finally gave up at 4pm and drove down there. The service bay was literally empty. Service writers were huddled around computers as the phones rang off the hook. No customers were anywhere in sight.

I asked to make an appointment and was given a date and time two weeks out.

Spent hours here attempting to buy a used car. The rates they were able to find someone with a decent credit score were pathetic, but more than that, while you're hesitant to fall into their used car salesman jargon, they continue to patronize you and speak to you like you don't know anything about life.

Beware this dealership. I've bought many cars in my life, new, used and outright cash, and have never been spoken to as though I am a 14 year old in freshman math class before.

Will never give my business for myself or my Childrens vehicles, or recommend friends/family come here

Review of parts department.
Not their fault, but parts for self repairs are super expensive.
Key Fob - $90 and they wanted $100 to sync it? I don't think so. I googled how to sync the key fob, did it myself for free and it took about 2 minutes to do it.
The parts counter guy was friendly.
