I would definitely hire Haven Spa Pool & Hearth again!
I hired Haven to install a natural gas fireplace, and couldn't be happier with the result! The process was smooth, convenient, and reasonably priced. 10/10 would TOTALLY recommend.
ALL of the staff were absolute rockstars! Marshall initially helped us in the showroom, and couldn't have done a better job in making us feel welcome and helping us pick out which fireplace would be the right fit for us. The GM that did the initial assessment, Stephan, was a lovely, knowledgeable man who helped us narrow down exactly what we needed. Cool dude.

Marshall and Randy are fantastic. Marshall was able to locate and sell us our spa despite extremely challenging supply issues. Randy has been great training us about our water chemistry. Once when we had a service issue, both of them were able to quickly fix an issue when the service department lost some parts. They are an asset to this store!

Great experience. The store manager was very knowledgeable. They called with updates about our order frequently. The delivery experience was great as well. They called the day before to give an arrival window. Called again the day of to confirm, and also texted me when they were on the way. 4 people showed up to install the spa. They were professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They got the spa through a pretty tight pathway and leveled it, all in around 2 hrs.

These guys installed a fireplace insert for me. During the pandemic. I was very worried about covid safety and also really wanted comfort this winter. I chose this company after the owner did a site review and spec'd out my fireplace which was shallow. It was really obvious how professional they ran the business, and that they would be thoughtful about covid precautions. They brought in a hepa filter, were very polite and got everything done in one day even including the electrical work. They had the inspector scheduled for the next day when they left. We inherited our hot tub when we bought the house and never really used it that frequently till just recently when I hurt my low back. We thought a couple of things needed looking at: one side of the jets, the lights, and it seemed to be getting cloudy after about ten days of use. Anyway, Shawn (from Haven) came out and he did a really nice job of diagnosing and explaining what was going on with the tub. They were friendly, safety conscious with masks and distancing, and very helpful making sure I knew exactly what needed to be done to get the wiring reconnected correctly. We bought our hot tub from Haven Spa at their Beaverton location. They were really creative about getting our hot tub to our difficult location in our backyard. This is a continuation of my original review posted on Aug. 5th and in replying Stephan(the owner and GM)'s comments on Aug. 11th.
Now, Stephan, let's be honest, there are a lot false facts in your reply:
#A: Kelly promised on July 15th she will ensure Jeff will be the technician coming out on Aug. 5th, so it's obviously a broken promise.
#B: We'd 3 phone calls on Aug. 4th:
1) Ryan called me on 9:39am for 2 minutes 21 seconds informing me Tyler will come out instead, if I still want Jeff it will be another 3 weeks out. I asked him to check with Kelly and call back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Will require a cc for them to warranty your hot tub. The supervisor that scheduled the appts. Will argue and be very rude and will talk down to you requiring a CC. But when I take my car in for warranty or anything else under warranty they do not require a cc. Hmmm We have had nothing but problems with them trying to avoid or push appts out to make it so it would be past our warranty date.

We just finished building a house, and the HVAC people installed our fireplace but they do not put in the logs and set them up. We called Haven after reading reviews and are so glad we did. Kyle came out, and he was one of the most competent and professional technicians we have done business with. He got everything put together perfectly in spite of the fact that the original people had installed it slightly crooked. He even went out of his way to get a smalll required part they had lost. Great work and very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Every part of the purchase and installation has been so easy. When we went to look at the spa we were interested in, all our questions and concerns were addressed. They even set up the order while we were waiting for financing to be approved. Once we were ready to order everything was very quick and simple. We needed a delay due to having a deck built, and never were made to feel like it was a problem. For delivery Steph and Justin set up our new hot tub. They were prompt, very nice and had a wonderful attitude, even when needing to maneuver through the mud pit / construction zone of our back yard

We purchased a hot tub from these guys. My husband and I had a great experience from the very first phone call. We went to the store and brought our dog who was welcome. We picked out the colors we wanted for the tub, got our chemicals, and even a free ice cream bar! We were offered to try out the spa that's out front. I didn't bring my suit so I declined.
We were told the delivery would be 4-6 weeks and they are ahead of schedule. We get our tub delivered in 2 weeks from today which will be less then 6 weeks.

My husband and I have used Haven Pool and Spa to service our pool equipment for the past three years. Great service!
Most recently we replaced a booster pump and then decided to change form a cartridge to a sand filter of which we are very pleased. Kyle and Tyler know what they are doing and advise accordingly. They are professional, courteous and efficient. They clean up any packaging and/or garbage and haul it all away.
We plan to call and have them come out again in the near future to provide pool maintenance. Highly recommend.

I had hired Haven Pool and Spa to put in some new gas lines to accommodate a new fire pit and barbecue on my back deck. They also fixed my gas fireplace that was making noise. A big shout out to Kyle, Dustin and Tyler for a professional job well done! Their communication and professionalism were fantastic. I highly recommend this company with a five star rating. Thank you Shawn! We had a gas fireplace repair this afternoon. Shawn was able to find the problem in the first 10 minutes that he was here! Shawn was very nice and explained everything to us so that we understood what the problem was.

Upon recommendation from NW Natural that I have a thorough cleaning of my gas fireplace, I called Haven. I was aware that the service provider would arrive between 9 and 11:00, and Shawn notified me when he was on his way to my house along with the time he would likely arrive. . .he was there right on time.

We had them come out last year to fix a leak and service our hot tub. Service tech was fast and fixed everything perfectly.
We then purchased 2 wood stoves from them and had them installed, slight mess up with the schedule, nothing to bad, but over all nice work. Wood stoves working great and the advice on what sizes for the rooms turned out to be correct.

We recently had Haven (Clackamas) install a Mendota gas fireplace in our new home in the SW Hills, Portland. They built a 6 foot x 8 foot tall surround for us with stone I chose. We bought an old converted grain elevator board from an artist and Haven did an amazing install of that too.
Jeff and his crew were really amazing to work with and Stefan talked us through the process. Everyone was so professional. We are thrilled with the results. Can't say enough about Haven. Thank you all.
