5 YEAR-SPA SHELL WARRANTY: West Coast Spas warranties the spa shell structure against the loss of water through the fiberglass laminate of the shell, also the interior acrylic spa surface against blistering, cracking, peeling, discoloring, or delaminating for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase.

Amazing , the highest quality and best value hot tubs And right here in Portland no need to wait for cross state shipping. Well Actually their store is in Milwaukee on McGloughlin Boulevard. They've got some other stores to but Cody at the McLaughlin Boulevard store was the person who answered all my questions and helped me choose the perfect hot tub for my home in Portland. Turns out it's a family business and they treat their customers like family. It took me a couple of visits and a number of phone calls to get all the information I needed to make sure that I was making the best possible

We are so pleased with our new hot tub from West Coast Spas! It took us a long time to decide which hot tub we wanted, and Sumi was incredibly patient and kind with my husband and me and our two teenage daughters as we explored our options. When it was time to buy the hot tub, Sumi walked us through how to use it and was so gracious in answering our many questions. And, then, when we had a minor issue with one of the jets, someone was here within an hour to fix it. We’ve used our hot tub almost every night since we purchased it and have enjoyed every hour spent soaking and talking as a family

This is the best hot tub sales to service company I have found. I do not write many reviews but let me tell you if you want straight up customer service. The best selling point is that they make the spas locally.
So you know they are made for this area and weather.
I have had another brand and it did not last and cost to run it was crazy.
Cost of my current tube is only 1/3 the cost.
Invest in local and you won’t regret it.

I want to send out a HUGE thank you to these guys (Sumi Douglas) for their quick response in fixing our spa! I called and let them know there is a issue with it draining or a leak underneath it and they came right out to check it. Found the issue and are fixing it this Fri.

I have had my Trillium 2.0 for a year now and it has been working flawlessly since the install. The purchase experience with Sumi was great, no high pressure and she made sure I got the tub I wanted to surprise my wife on her return. The jet system is extremely powerful, and makes the Cal Spa at my vacation home seem way under powered. The waterfall is so powerfully the grandkids like to use it to shoot water over the edge and out of the spa. Highly recommended.

Update: after enjoying this spa for a month, I absolutely can't say enough good things about the quality of craftsmanship and service of West Coast spas. This hot tub is the best tub my husband and I have experienced, and their service truly is top notch. We would go so far as to say this is one of the best experiences we've had with ANY company, ever.

We have been to several hot tub dealers in the area. Sumi at West Coast Spas is by far the best. She is very knowledgeable and took time to make sure all our questions were answered. West Coast is a locally owned company that makes their high quality spas and swim spas in Woodburn so we feel good supporting our local economy! We are also are getting an amazing deal as we are buying straight from the manufacturer. This saves the dealer markup and also allows us to get exactly what we want. I don't know where to start on this review. EVERYTHING was excellent from start to finish. Starting with the purchase, the LOCALY made spas are great quality and come with a better warranty than most. Great pricing of tubs, the take away of old tubs and delivery of new, and a generous starter kit (instructions and chemicals). All time best customer service which is very rare these days. Quality of the spas are top notch and look great as well. Even after making the sale the customer service has continued and no upselling during any of my purchases. I never write reviews but for this business they definitely have all the write stuff. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The spa is wonderful and the customer service was superb. I purchased the spa over 6 months ago and wanted to wait a while to review it. So far, things are working perfectly. This was my first time purchasing a hot tub and Sumi held my hand through the process and responded to my many questions with patience and understanding. After going to a traveling out of state "Spa Sale" I checked with a few local dealers and met Sumi at West Coast Spas. I purchased a Hot tub in November from Sumi at West Coast Spas and could not be happier with the Spa, the price and the customer service. This was the 3rd hot tub we have purchased and have never had anyone explain all the features and maintenance aspects so thoroughly. We recently drained and refilled the tub. Since my purchase of a spa in 2013 West Coast has been supportive with my spa. I recently needed warranty service to replace a defective part and Sumie was more than helpful in taking care of the issue. She even made it a point to personally deliver the replacement part so the service tech could expedite the service call. She even gifted me Chem's for a minor delay in service.
We continue to work on better water chemistry
