Some hot tub installations will require, for example, new electrical outlets and connections which will require permits from your local building codes division.

Pacific Hot Tub Solutions can advise you regarding installation requirements, permit requirements and how to obtain the necessary permits. If you are unable to complete any necessary work yourself, or choose not to, we can provide you with contact information for general contractors or electrical contractors; however, you will be responsible for coordinating the job directly with a contractor.
We have competitive rates for our diagnostic service and the lowest hourly rate for repairs in the area. A credit card is required to secure an appointment. We do require 24 hours notice for cancellations and you will be subject to a $150 show up fee if you do not contact us to cancel the appointment within the required time-frame.

They do not actually install hot tubs. The lady on the phone hung up on me mid sentence. They are very rude, unhelpful. I recommend reading the rest of the reviews. The majority are in regards to bad service, rude people and over zealous sales people.. AMENDMENT: Apparently the owner is also a liar... I never offered $500 cash and never asked them to do anything illegal.. she didnt even listen to what I asked. she just hung up.. liar and incompetent

We had the most incredible experience with Kim and Scott at Pacific Hot Tub Solutions. We spent a day looking at various places for a swim spa. By far Scott was the most knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all of our questions. He even welcomed us back the next day to show our children! The kids loved being able to see what we wouldn’t stop talking about. The spa has every feature we could have dreamed of and more. The delivery was incredible and they are very skilled at what they do, our delivery wasn’t they easiest. Also it was a couple month process while we got the concrete

Got a tub from here. Scott, the owner, sold us a used hot tub on his reccomendation. Was 100% right about it he really knows his stuff! Unfortunately, the cover took about 3 months to come in but not really something they could control but never the less had to take down the rating to 4 stars. Would reccomend them.

Excellence all the way! I needed to have my Oregon Hot Springs Spa removed as I no longer was using it. I knew it was going to be a challenge because my deck had been built around the Hot Tub. The two employees who came out made the whole process look effortless. From the moment they came to when they left, it was handled so professionally. Even my first initial contact withe company was top notch. You normally would think this would not be a fun process to go through, but if you have Pacific Hot Tub Solutions handle it for you, it comes pretty darn close. Kudos to the two fellows who came out

I am thrilled with my experience with Pacific Hot Tub Solutions! I came across them after having troubling experiences with other removal companies in the area, and feel so fortunate to have found them. Not only did they haul the tub away at no cost, they repaired it and prepped it for consignment sale, and featured it in their showroom. I went from unused tub in the backyard to a 'sold' check in hand in a short time, and they paid me hundreds of dollars more than the nearest competitor's offer! We'd tried to get our hot tub removed and everybody we contacted ended up flaking or couldn't do it. The three guys from Pacific Hot Tub Solutions showed up exactly on time, were friendly and professional, and carefully extracted our giant hot tub out of our yard safely and efficiently. It was windy and hailing outside that day and they didn't complain once. Highly recommend this company. Thanks!

Fabulous experience! We stopped in for help with chemicals for our hot tub. We had not purchased it there, we were just looking for help, and advice. Scott helped us and spent time with us, explaining the chemicals and how to get what we needed achieved. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable...and only sold us what we needed, he did not try to sell us more then that. We will never buy chemicals anywhere else again. When we are ready for a new tub...we will only go there and they hp!ad a lot to choose from! Thank you again for your help!!!!

Wow ! That is all I can say. I had been shopping for a hot tub for months. I checked out all of the stores around my house and everything looked the same and had insanely high prices.
