I have to say Rick and Tereasa have been outstanding in their service, loyalty and honor. I put a small amount down last April while waiting for our house to finish building. Which took 2 months longer than anticipated. I called to make sure they were still holding the spa for us. Even though they had to move and store it. To their credit they stayed true to their word and honor and kept the spa for us. Even though they had been offered much more than my purchase price. it's being delivered Tuesday and I can't wait. Their service, patience and assistance has been invaluable.

We were in the market for our first hot tub and were thinking of purchasing one from Costco. We decided to talk to someone in the business to get some basic questions answered. After talking to Rick, we quickly realized why it is important to purchase a hot tub from a reputable manufacturer. Purchased a Spa from Johan, He was Great. It was delivered this week by Heath and Travis. They were Awesome. Started it up today and there was a small leak. I called Service and Daryn came right over and assessed the issue and called the factory , who is sending the replacement part ASAP. Daryn was Awesome as well. Highly recommend Spa Logic. I was having a pump problem and the staff asked great questions and helped diagnose the problem. They were right too! It ended up being a fairly simple fix. Where the first place I went tried to sell me a $150 fix, I was out the door with $20 worth of solutions. They were very nice and friendly as well. Highly recommend. My new place for pool supplies!

This place does not deserve a rating! Worst customer service on the planet. We ordered our Hot Tub last July. Paid almost 50% down! Have not returned our calls the last several weeks. We have been given the runaround for 9 months. Avoid this place like the Plague! Now trying to get out money back! Canceled out order.

Best experience time and time again. We have used this service twice now and each time have had an amazing experience. Darren is very knowledgeable about every kind of hot tub and knows how fixing the little things can make the hot tub run. We bought our house with an older hot tub already present so we didn’t know much about it but he has been great a at keeping it running at minimal cost. Highly recommend this service.

I have known the owner, Daryn Sharp, for at least a dozen years. I was so lucky to find him when we owned a 110v deck-top hot tub we purchased at a home show. It kept tripping the GFI and turning off the tub. I had called several repair places the manufacturer, an Oregon based company and on their advice had replaced the cord several times, but it kept happening. Things started off good, sadly they turned into a disaster. Our spa speakers failed with the first couple months. Daryn told us he would order new ones and come replace them. Sadly it took many calls and 9 MONTHS to get him back out to do so. When they were replaced they were not the same and he told me "this is the closest they could ge, the others were discontinued." At the time he installed, I questioned a small gap I thought I could see (across the tub) and was assured that it was sealed "let it dry." Let's start with the " commercial level" filter . the spas are made in Canada which uses all commercial grade filters for even residential spas. Perfect. I'm disabled and needed a hot tub for deep tisssue massage of my back pain. I compared a half dozen brands of hot tubs, read reviews, wet tested a few, Daryn and coast spa had exactly what I was looking for. I ended up getting the Apex Curve Lounger model, with the upgraded pumps. The delivery was very smooth despite the difficult installing location. Daryn and everyone that work for him has gone above and beyond to make our fist hot tub buying experience amazing. Spa Logic Hot Tubs & Repairs had my best interests at heart throughout the entire process of picking out a spa, installing it, and fixing any of the issues that arose (yes, there were small issues, but these guys worked immediately to fix them and were not happy till I was happy). You can feel comfortable that your spa buying and then owning experience will be the best if you take your business here. Other spa guys in the business just want your money. You will not get a hard sell in this place. Daren is very experienced and will walk you through your purchase. He only seems to want to make sure you get the tub you're after. Nothing more, nothing less. He doesn't try to sell you add-ons. We had to ask about the hot tub cover lifter (totally worth it, get one!)

Buying a hot tub from Daryn was a smart move! He's a very honest guy who tries to save you money whenever he can. He talked us through setting up an area for the tub and the electrical work. Daryn was always available when we needed him and always helpful. When we wanted to put the tub where it will be difficult for him to service it, he didn't complain, just showed us the minimum amount of space he needed to access the tub. Just about a month ago my Wife and I stopped into our local hot tub dealer in Beaverton Oregon. The business name is Spa Logic. I was there to inquire on needed repairs to our 20+ year old hot tube. My Father and I built a all cedar custom spa house on our large backyard cedar deck. The problem is we never designed a way to remove the tub from the house if the need ever arose.
