Devin has been servicing our home for 3 years now. He is wonderful, dedicated, and committed to protecting the people who go to him. He's stopped fire ants from taking over my yard, he's prevented birds from nesting further in my attic thanks to a broken part of the vent, and he was there for the wasp nest that showed up in one of my windchimes.
And sometimes maybe something goes sideways, but Devin makes it right. Devin is like family, and he treats you like family, and it's so refreshing.

Everyone here is always super professional and very nice, they came out and got our ants under control quickly. I had called them back out so they could also treat my garage and they were very quick response and timely. These guys are affordable and they know what they are doing, I would recommend them to anyone!

Our home is pest-free and our grass is green thanks to the excellent work by Devin and his crew. They have been treating our home and yard for over three years with superior service and individualized attention. It is such a relief to know that our home and yard are being treated with the proper chemicals at the right time of year. I’ve used Osbourne for quite some time now. Devin is very informative, uses the products I prefer and frankly is a delight to chat with. I prefer to support a local business with an owner that takes time to talk to you and understand your needs over a franchise that sends out a 10 yr old in khakis with a can of what I can only assume is water because it never works. I was reminded to write a review after having an argument with a salesperson from another pest control company on my porch yesterday. Devon was very professional and on time. We talked about a treatment plan for my home which I had just purchased. He took extra care to put foam/copper mesh in areas where critters would normally try to get in. I am definitely going to sign up for quarterly service. With a field right behind my house can't take any chances! Excellent service!

We love using Osborne Pest and Turf. End to end, its a great experience. From the moment you start to work with Devin you know you are in great hands. No messed when he is done, the bugs are controlled and its super easy to pay. No contract AND he takes credit cards. I was able to use ApplePay. Just tap and go!

I used Osborne Pest and Turf for the first time today and was so impressed with Devin. We just moved to the area from IN and this Midwest girl was not prepared for cockroaches. Devin was here within 45 minutes of speaking with him and put me at ease about handling the issue in our rental. He walked me through his process and assured me that he will get the problem handled. He was very kind and courteous and I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.
