I wish I could give it 10 stars here. Hands down the most polite, friendly, honest and knowledgeable pest control folks we've ever dealt with. We were dealing with field mice from all the construction going on around us and the recent cold weather. We also saw signs of termites and began to panic. I use Jim's Pest Control for quarterly service and I normally do not have any pest problems. If I do, they take care of it. Jim has been extremely helpful when it came to a rat living in my house. He walked me through the process, I called him several times even during the Christmas break, without hesitation, he took my calls. After a few days, he followed up to make sure all was well. Jim is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend Jim's Pet Control 100%.

When I moved here 9 years ago, I found a scorpion in my living room the day after I moved in. I called Jim's Pest Control and Jim was here that afternoon. He's not only professional, but the kind of guy you're not afraid to let into your home.
