I've been using Bella Bugs for years and they are consistent, kind, flexible and affordable. If I ever find any bugs, they're dead, but that's rare. I have the inside and outside treated and they are always so nice about answering my questions and pointing out spots that I need to check into (for example, my ac drain was pooling water and Chris let me know about it as it's in a spot I don't usually go very often, and it was the source of my gnats). I am loyal for good reason. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Bella Bugs for your pest control needs. I moved into a new rental house that had been vacant for a few months. Unfortunately we had several unwanted pests that had to go. On the advice of a friend, I called and made an appointment. My technician, Joseph, was thorough and informative in everything he was doing. Bonus: Bella Bugs was lower in price for the same service offered by other companies. . . and their product is safe for people and pets. It's been about a week and the only roaches, spiders, or other creepies I've seen have been belly-up. I plan to have them return

The exterminator was prompt and friendly. I showed him around inside and outside the house and he asked me where I wanted to spray and what to avoid, if anything. He was polite and informative and I felt at ease with him spraying, even though I had an organic garden (far from the house) and chickens in the backyard. I felt assured that he really listened and paid attention.

These guys are hands down the best. Their professionalism is obvious right from the call to customer service. Everyone I've spoken with is kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We've had Marco and Scott both come by the house to do work on a rodent problem and they showed the same expertise and consideration. Bella Bugs is the best!! My husband and I have called them out multiple times since purchasing our home in 2013 and they never disappoint. Right after we bought our house we feared we found termite damage and called Bella ASAP. They were honest and let us know it was old ant damage that appeared to be taken care of so there was no need to do anything at that time (no charge!). They could have easily taken advantage and they didn't. The second two times we called were for Acrobat Ant issues and some termites on a fence line. Marco with Bella Bug just left my home after 2 trips to the attic and also the roof. He quickly found the source of my issue (rats/squirrels....lovely!) and put out the necessary traps, inside and out. He will also follow up in 2 weeks and cart off the dearly departed.
My experience with Bella Bug (Marco) was SO much more pleasant than with the other company who came to give me an estimate (without even going into my attic!!!) and 1/3 the cost!

I just had these guys out at our rental house. The tenant was complaining about something scratching around in the attic. I had technicians from Bella out the next morning. They explained all that they would do, the pesticides they would be using, and what to expect after the job was done. It only took about an hour for them to spray the house inside and out, treat the attic, and patch up a hole in the roof ridge. The guys decided the work they did for the squirrels did not cost the initial quote so they knocked off almost half the bid! I'll be calling them the next time I need any extermination

The wasps had taken over the outdoors of our home. Although we valiantly fought back- they were winning. For a really great price, Bella's came, removed ALL the wasps nests ( like 20 of them, no joke) from all eaves- even the incredibly high ones- and sprayed everything to keep them from returning- hopefully for a while. The tech was kind and helpful. Communication was stellar. Highly recommended.

Bella Bugs are local, friendly, effective and fair priced. We've had experiences with both termites and now acrobatic ants. Pat, the receptionist, pulled our account up and made sure that the same person came out that came out last time knowing that he'd be familiar with our home and what he treated last time out. They came out to bid for termites in our cottage, and out of a total of 6 pest specialists who did so, this company is the only one whose termite guy noticed our main house had evidence of an infestation too. On top of that, he was clearly knowledgeable and straight-forward. Although I did end up going with another company whose expertise seemed about the same level, it was because they underestimated the amount of work to be done and honored the lower bid. I would have every confidence in hiring Bella for any future pest issues.

These guys are terrific. Not only do they do a superb job with eco-friendly products that will not hurt small children or most pads, they also guarantee their work as an affordable price. We had spiders and the smaller roaches in our garage and these tiny little sugar ants in the kitchen and pantry area's.
After the first visit, every critter was destroyed except for those tiny little sugar ants. So they returned, no charge, and sprayed again. Unfortunately, they will be returning once more as these little buggers are just seem indestructible, but I feel certain that they will figure out
