I can't recommend Jared and Good Times Restoration enough! I had them come out and do an estimate for water damage caused by a refrigerator water line leak. They were on time, friendly, courteous and timely. The guys are super professional and courteous. I ended up going with another contractor due to pricing... Exceptional company!!!! I started off with a conversation with Hunter who is one of the business owners of the company and he help me argue price with the insurance claims adjuster. We had a few different restoration companies come out to the house before having Good Times out and after meeting with their techs we decided to go with them. They were very knowledgeable and even discovered water damage in an area that the other companies didn't even bother to check. They got started right away and dried everything out. They even worked directly with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Awesome company! would recommend to anyone with any sort of water leak in their house!

Jared was a lifesaver. He was responsive to a significant water damage situation. Jared helped assess the situation and spoke with our home owners insurance adjuster. He help us develop a strong case for coverage of our damages. His crew then came in and treated our house. He helped put our minds as ease. Next came the reconstruction of walls removed. Hunters crew came on and put in drywall, textured and painted impacted walls.

Good times outperformed my expectations. Jared my initial contact was upfront from the first He laid out what it would take, how long, what could be a surprise inside the walls. He gave me an estimate very fair. When he opened my walls he readjusted my quote down 1200.00 dollars. He has made this easy for me and has done a fantastic job. Bad things happen , water damage sucks. Good times took the stress out of it.

We had a water heater that decided it didn't want to hold all the water it could on the inside anymore. After having that part exchanged we were stuck with, how much damage is done, who can mitigate that damage and who can make it look like new again once it was mitigated. We reached out to 3 different companies for quotes, not only was Good Times very reasonably priced but they also had the reconstruction under the same room. Apparently it's not common for a single company to both tear down and rebuild? Who knew?

We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality work Good Times Restoration provided after our condo flooded. As a full service company, they provided mitigation, demolition and the restoration of the condo and did so in an exemplary manner. The updates/photos provided to us throughout the project were very much appreciated. Overall, we received superb customer service and we would highly recommend this company!
