First time we’ve had our floors cleaned and Paul was very thorough with the whole process. Very knowledgeable, I appreciated the time he even took to explain everything. Will highly recommend and continue to get this service done. With 2 toddlers and 2 dogs running around we’ll need it. Five Star Carpet cleaning literally just left our home and i could not be more impressed, the prices were amazing and their work was perfect! I honestly thought my carpet was trashed and would just have to be replaced but Paul got it perfectly clean and removed a major stain from our dog sleeping in the same spot over and over. We have lived in our house for about six months. The previous people have the carpets cleaned but did not do a good job. they were still dirty and stained.
