I find Jared to be very Professional and accommodating instead of making a lot of excuses. He has been treating my home for a big problem I was having with Scorpions and in general. What I am most impressed about withy Jared and the company is they will persevere until the issue is resolved standing behind their promise with no additional charges. Jared is seriously a big asset to your company and I ask that he is the technician that comes to m y home going forward.

Jared showed up to my home and gave me an estimate and then returned to do the treatment a few days later. Jared was on time, professional and courteous. When we moved into our new home we had many different companies come by our door but we were so impressed with Overson. Every member of the team that we come into contact with is friendly and knowledgeable and we are glad we made this choice. Jared came out to my home and was very professional! He explained each step that he was taking to safeguard my home against scorpions and other bugs. He also explained problem areas and took time going throughout the inside of my home as well as the outside to spray. I really appreciate his diligence and this put my family at ease. We have used this company for several years at both our home and rental. Whether inspecting and treating for termites or getting rid of spiders, scorpions, ants and centipedes, they have always done an excellent job. They are responsive to my requests and always helpful and polite. When I asked Kapono about issues with my citrus trees he went above and beyond to find an answer from his supervisor and relay it to me quickly. He was polite, considerate and helpful. A true joy to have him work in my home.
