Jim was so helpful for me in a difficult time. He was very fast to come see my project and was a wizard working with the insurance company. Many companies didn’t even want to do the work to give me a quote and Jim cared enough to help me out. I highly recommend Jim he’s not going to try to rip you off or try to scam the insurance company like other companies I encountered.

I can't say enough about Jim. He is the only HONEST contractor we've ever met. He not only saved us after our home flooded but continued to be there for our family when more disaster struck. He was fast, honest, kind, and effective at his work! His guys were also great and did an amazing job restoring our home to even better condition than it was in! Need someone for restoration? Dry Guys did an excellent job soaking up all my water and removing wet laminate floor and drywall. Nine fans placed in my home to dry out everything. They originally gave me a $1,500 estimate because I thought I might not put it into my insurance. When I found out how expensive repair would be, I decided to submit to insurance. When they billed the insurance company, they charged them $2,893.44, not the $1,500 estimate. Had I known that they would charge the insurance company almost $1,400 more than the estimate, I would have paid them myself and then submitted the bill to my insurance company

I've been utilizing the services of Dry Guys for about 4 years now. I'm writing this review because they have never let me down in all these years. The quality of work is above expectations, the staff and management are professional and very knowledgable. They have handled our floods, major water leaks and all water related issues.

So a few weeks ago I was in California on a business trip and one of my tenants called me from one of my properties in Gilbert AZ and said there was really bad flooding in the master bath. Like enough to go swimming in is how she put it. Not knowing any more of the details and stuck in CA I called up Dry Guys Restoration to give it a look and quote me. I also called up a few other places and by far was impresses with Dry Guys.
Long story short Jim and Dry Guys Restoration did a wonderful job and I would for sure recommend them to anyone else.
