This company worked for a fake contractor. They are unprofessional. They Flooded my house more and they contractor was scamming me and find out didn’t have contractor license. Called AZ Flood after my washing machine decided to flood my entire house. AZ had someone at my house within an hour of me calling them. The guy they sent (Brad) was phenomenal he was on the phone immediately getting a crew and supplies to the house and started the water extraction process to limit the damage. He and his crew stayed late into the night pulling up floors and carpet and setting up dehumidifiers and I've 30 fans to dry the walls inside and out. First and foremost, dealing with flowing water anyplace other than a sink, bathtub or garden hose is extraordinarily distressing. I had a plumber come to my home and he said I had a leak in my walls. I was terrified of the outcome. While the plumber was there I called AZ Flood Squad and a rep got to my residence so quickly, less than an hour. Brad was very professional, courteous and a free service call is a plus. They were referred to me by the plumbing company that my home warranty company sent to replace my water heater. I had very little water damage and they only gave me one quote; that I had water damage in 3 rooms and suggested I call my home insurance to file a claim for the extensive repair. I declined and used my own contractor to correct the minor water damage.

I wouldn't use this company and actually fired them after reading the horrible reviews that literally blew my mind!!
I turned around to find my granite tile counter top destroyed after being told they were only going to remove the appliances so that the insurance adjuster could see all the damage.
I'm now looking at 10 weeks battling the insurance company and getting in materials to fix my kitchen while I wash dishes in my back yard out of a large cooler. I have 3 kids this hasn't been fun at all!

Beware!! Brad is a fraudster scammer. Quotes me $1000-$1500 for water damage after a four hour water heater leak. They are not a registered contractor and are "recommended" by their partner's in fraud 1st Choice Commercial and Residential Plumbing. They wanted to cut open my walls and run some fans and then have another "recommended" company do the dry wall and paint.
I kicked them out. Tore out the wet drywall it was just a few feet no damage to framing or any additional dry wall. I spent all of $55 dollars in supplies.

The AZ Flood Squad was referred to me by a plumber when a pipe broke under my kitchen sink. They came out and took a look at the damage and said they would get me a quote in the morning. Not once did I ever get a price quote from them. I never authorized them to start working in my house. My five star rating is for the prompt, courteous response I received from Brad regarding our rental home. There was a leak which caused water damage and I found AZ Flood Squad online and decided to call them first thing in the morning (7:30am) and was pleasantly surprised when not only did I receive a call back, but they came out right away (within 30mins!) to assess the damage and begin the drying process at "no charge." I had not contacted my home owners insurance as of yet and did not even know if this would be covered... but Brad stated he could leave the dehumidifiers for 24 hours

The water heater broke last Friday and caused some flooding in my Dad's house, his Home Shield company sent AZ Flood Squad to assess the damage and start the drying process. They pulled out carpeting and set up their equipment to dry things out. I was at work when this happened. I talked to my insurance adjuster who advised me to have them remove their equipment and she would put me in touch with another company who does the same thing. I asked them to take their equipment, thanked them and we went our separate ways... You would think that was the end of the story, but no.

This company is a SCAM, stay away, never call them or you will regret it. I used my home warranty company to fix a leak in the kitchen and the plumber recommended AZ Flood Squad. What I later found out is that AZ Flood Squad pays him to hand out their card and he gets a few hundred bucks if they get a job with his recommendation. This is pretty normal in this line of work. The two techs that came out were very nice and everything seemed legit. Here is where the 1 star rating comes into play. Their techs missed the next FOUR appointments with no calls to cancel. We had AZ Flood Squad come out and do some major work to our apartment that had flooding and damage. Jesse was a beast at fixing it all up in a super quick time frame. I will start by saying that every tech i have worked with in my home including Josh has been great very helpful knowledgable and understanding. However every time I dealt with the owner Brad things got bad.

It started off a little ruff because it was not explained the process. A representative from 1 st choice Gino Lozamo explained how the process works.
