Personally. I wouldn’t feel comfortable working with a company that sends cash payments, to pay for their illegal, and undocumented employees in Texas. (Maybe)the Mesa location is done by the books. But the Texas and Louisiana locations aren’t.

Josh was great. They can do it all. Had an ac leak in between floors and one restoration company would do anything other the leak but 911 restoration was able to fix the leak, mitigate the damage, and complete all the repairs. Cost was lower than expected. Would call again (although I hope I never have to)
