I noticed an issue with my skylight and Jeremy came out super quickly to take a look. It turns out we had hail damage to our roof and it needed to be replaced. Jeremy was absolutely amazing and walked us through every step from filing with insurance, selecting the roof material and the actual installation. He was super knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I would absolutely recommend him and his team in a heartbeat. Honest contractors/roofers can be hard to come by and we are so lucky we found R3D.

My experience with R3D was excellent. My Lakewood home was struck by hail that damaged the roof and exterior. Jeremy / R3D Roofing did a fantastic job through the entire process of roof replacements following a June 2018 hail storm. He worked with the insurance company, mortgage company inspectors (the mortgage company's involvement was AWFUL tho!), the 2nd contractor for our metal roofs and was an excellent communicator and project manager (general contractor.) Despite being quite handy, I was no match for our mystery ceiling leak. After half a dozen interactions with overconfident dudes who banged around on the roof for five minutes then offered expensive solutions to "try," my already shaky faith in human competence was waning. That, and we were nearly considering burning down our home for a fresh start.

I have a slow leak appearing on ceiling of a back room in my house so I wanted a roofer to check for leaks. Jeremy was quick to respond, and when he inspected the roof quickly stated this is a easy fix that he said I could do or have him do it for a price half the other guys asked. On top of that he showed me on the roof where he sees the issue, and was quick to come out and fix the problem.

Wow, what a great company! We had hail damage and I was lucky enough to stumble upon R3D Roofing and especially Jeremy. He was so great to work with, helped us navigate the whole process including being there when the insurance adjuster visited, and working with our insurance company to get us upgrades, etc. He helped us pick out roof that looks great and updates our home, and helped us with new gutters as well... he even waited around while my sister-in-law drove over so she could look at colors before he ordered, lol. My roof and skylight were severely damaged by hail. I am a first time home owner and asked 4 companies to come and take a look at my roof to assess the damage and provide me an estimate. I can't say enough good things about R3D! Jeremy was responsive and knowledgeable regarding a roof inspection in a time sensitive scenario and with a roof that was very difficult to access. I was buying a house and had an inspection objection deadline nearing and Jeremy made two separate trips to my house within six hours to get the job done. His pricing was also more reasonable than other roofers who quoted the inspection job. Thanks Jeremy!

These guys are great! Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the claims process and went waaaaay out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He made at least 6-7 trips to my house before, during, and after the roof job and even helped locate some special roof vents that were on special order.

Jeremy is incredible! He's honest, smart and reliable. He helped me get and estimate for a new roof for a property I was under contract on...and then managed the whole replacement process with the owner, the neighboring duplex owner and the insurance company. He is impressive to say the least.
