One day last month, my gargae door would'nt open. I got a referal from a friend and called Urban Garage Door. My phone call was answered right away, and they showed up within two hours, diagnosed the problem, and made an appointment to come back the very next morning to install a new opener, which I am very happy with. This is the kind of customer service I would like to experience everywhere but unfortunately is rare nowadays. They are simply the best!

For as long as I can remember, I've always had to service the garage door. Not the door itself, but still. A lot of times, since the doors were sliding, I had to clean the ice in front of them because they couldn't open. There was not always enough time to clean the snow and ice. After I waited most of the day for another company to come and they were hours late for the appointment time with no explanation or warning- I decided not to work with them and find someone else. And I’m extremely glad that I did… I was able to reach the owner, Guy who personally came out and explained all of our options to us thoroughly and went into the pros and cons of each.
